As an alternative to your usual hotel stay, this beautiful condominium is furnished with all of the amenities of home while maintaining many of the same benefits you find in a hotel, with 24-hour management, housekeeping service, beach towels and linens and easy on-site check-in just to name a few! This waterfront, ground level vacation residence features 1 bedroom, 1 full bath along with a Florida sun room equipped with roll top desk and high speed internet. The spacious carpeted bedroom has a queen size bed with luxurious 400 thread count linens, duvet and feather pillows, flat screen TV, a large closet, ceiling fan and French doors leading out to the Florida room. A well appointed kitchen with granite countertops, full size refrigerator and stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and every utensil, dish, and spice you need to prepare meals at your leisure. The family room has a queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD, CD player, a dry bar with cocktail glasses and bar accessories along with entry into the Florida room which opens out to your very own private patio overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Spend your day relaxing by the heated pool, fishing off the private pier or walking along the pristine white sandy beach. Bring along your boat or rent one when you get there and dock right outside your backdoor on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are many other activities just steps outside this resort.
