We had a very good experience and found the owners so kind & more than willing to go out of their way to welcome us. The unit is older but very well kept has a nice view with a very nice pool and beach. It has new tile floors in the unit and the bathroom was recently redone and new appliances.The location is nice because it is centrally located between John's Pass & Clearwater Beach.We have stayed at other condo's in other areas & were never welcomed by the owners of the units. If your coming to the area give this unit a try.
