When you enter our third floor condo and step onto our Gulf view balcony you will be greeted by intoxicating sights and sounds which immediately beckon you to the sand and surf. So, wiggle your toes in our white sand beach, or if you prefer, take a beach break and swim in our heated pool, soak in our hot tub, or lounge on our large pool deck. Also, for you and your family's enjoyment, the area offers plenty of restaurants and complementary activities. Beach Cottage is one of the premiere complexes in the area.

Area Information

Just off the Pinellas County peninsula lies a string of barrier islands referred to as "The Gulf Beaches." Three barrier islands, separated by "passes," make this a unique landscape. These islands are home to Indian Shores and its beautiful white sand beaches.

With about twenty miles of beautiful coastline, the Gulf Beach area is a sun bather's paradise and offers a welcome respite from the cold Northern winters. The Gulf Beach area has its own unique flavor making it a special and popular vacation

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250.00 Security Deposit is required and, following inspection, will be returned provided there is no damage to our unit.

Other Fees: CANCELLATIONS: The Reservation Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs more than 45 days (more than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. No refund of any and all funds received if cancellation occurs less than 45 days (less than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. Travel insurance coverage can offer protection against a wide array of unexpected events such as job loss, unpredictable weather, a medical or a family emergency which could necessitate a cancellation.

Great Location, Good condition

Our trip to Indian Shores was wonderful! The condo was a no-frills kind of place, but definitely had everything we needed for the week. The view from the balcony was SPECTACULAR! I personally enjoyed having a cup of coffee every morning on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by! The complex was VERY family-friendly and was never too busy or crowded. The condo was in the perfect location from everything we wanted to do. We were able to make several day-trips to activities that were within an hour drive from the condo. This was the first time we stayed in a condo for vacation and it was absolutely a great choice! We will definitely consider this condo again for future vacations!

We arrived in Flordia,on Sat.easy access to pick up keys.Our condo was BEAUTIFUL!!!! My kids had there own room and my huband and I enjoyed the balcony off our room. The veiw was wonderful!!! My son loved the pool and daughter enjoyed playing volleyball with her freinds on the beach! The kitchen was nice so I cook different meals to beable to stay and enjoy being at the condos. The sunset was so pretty,we used the grill on the patio with friends and enjoyed watching it go down as we ate. The room had everything we needed,and the grocery was close bye which made it easy to go shopping.I WOULD recommend Beach Cottages to anyone looking to make great family memories!!!!!!! It was a very peacefully vacation! Ashley Ault

Beach Cottage II Rental

Was thoroughly pleased when I entered the condo, all done in blue and white and nice and light and airy, thought layout was great and the view just fabulous. Could not believe how soundproofed it was as large patio and pool under us which could have been noisy but those very heavy sliding doors kept out all sounds, a bit hard to close for us weak women. The condo was nice and clean, loved the covered parking as kept car out of the sun although is a bit hard to see down there when driving in and trying to see the number of your parking space, suggest a bit of light during the day. Was great to have washer/dryer although only used it once, also great to be able to walk down the street close by to get the trolley, was nice as we did not have a car for a few of the days we were there. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Excellent two weeks ;surroundings were just great.On the beach was great. Free calling to Canada was a plus and daily paper delivered early morning was appreciated. The condo was very comfortable and would rent again and recommend it to other visitors.The owner was very personable and called several times to make sure everything was in perfect order..This a first for us in all our rentals anywhere in the world.Thanks for concerns.

It's all about the weather. Everything in the condo was perfect. Clean and attactive. Few items missing hair dryer, alarm clocks and we couldn't get the dvd to work. Aside from that we were very comfortable in condo 1314 on the cool and raining days. We will stay with you again. How do you order sunshine?
