Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

Our condo is located on the 8th floor. There is an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico from both the living room and master bedroom. We are directly on the Indian Shores Beach.
The master bedroom has a king size bed.
The guest bedroom has a queen sleigh bed.
The master bedroom has a new flat screen high definition TV, as does the living room.
There is also a couch and a comfy soft leather recliner which could be used for sleeping.
We have a heated pool. This pool deck overlooks the ocean. There is a nice view of the Intercoastal Waterway from the front door and breezeway.
This condo is emaculately kept and is only used a few weeks a year by the owner.
We are a 10 minute drive to Clearwater, and within an hour to Disney, Universal
Studios and Bush Gardens.

Area Information

We are about an hour away from Disney and Universal Studios. We are 30 minutes away from Busch Gardens and its waterpark. We are about 90 minutes from Seaworld.
Tahitian Towers has several nice restaurants within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, you can always catch the Trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd. Miniature Golf is right across the street. Regulation Golf is within 20 minutes.

We also have the Tampa Bay Buckaneers Football team and the Devil Rays Baseball team just 30 minutes away.

The closest place to PARADISE!!!!!

My wife and I have been visiting Florida for the past four years and we both agree that the Gulf Coast is spectacular in every way ......... scenery, people, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, beaches, ocean, wildlife and the list goes on. To top it all off, this place we rented for the month was GREAT! Very clean, great location, affordable, everything we needed and more, spectacular beach and view, WONDERFUL and Respectful owners to deal with. A month of heaven and our only wish is that these kind owners will be able to enjoy this place over and over. I hope we get to meet you both some day. Howard and Vicky.

A beautiful condo and very comfortable. The balcony is great for eating breakfast, lunch or dinner and watching people, dolphins and boats. We loved it there and only wish we could have stayed longer or go back next year. Swimming is excellent in the Gulf and I am 80 years old...(in another month.) Pool is too warm for me but eases aches and pains. The beach is super for shelling and sharks teeth!!!

Our family of 5 stayed here for one month and loved it! The views from the balcony were amazing - we even saw dolphins on numerous occasions. The beach was beautiful, and the kids had lots of fun in the pool. There were beach chairs, toys, and a fishing rod which came in very handy. The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped. A really nice mini golf course was right across the street, and there's a little coffee shop a couple of blocks away. We stayed during the 4th of July, and the fireworks on the beach were so cool! We will absolutely be back again, hopefully for a longer visit - highly recommended:)
