Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental
This luxurious recently remodeled upscale 1100 square foot third floor corner unit features fantastic sunset and beach views to the west, south and Intercoastal water views to the east. The condo building and unit features a very handicap friendly layout including covered parking under the building, covered hallway and elevator area for easy access from unit to parking area or outside grounds!
There’s something for everyone with this luxurious corner unit located on the beach along with the 200 square foot wrap around balcony. The large master bedroom featuring a king size bed, its own sliding glass door (with access to the balcony) and bathroom with a shower and TV. The second bedroom features both a queen and twin (single) beds. The unit also offers an office complete with a full sized desk, couch and wireless high-speed internet access, but we recommend doing your surfing at the beach!
Indian Shores is located directly on the Gulf, which is 8 miles south of Clearwater Beach and 12 miles north of St. Pete Beach. Tampa International airport is an easy 25 mile drive. This unit is in the Sand Castle I condo which is located in the quiet residential resort community of Indian Shores. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located a short walk away from the condo.
This Sand Castle I condo offers a wide selection of amenities that include: large outdoor heated pool; large in-ground hot tub; spacious area to lounge around the pool, sauna; bathrooms for pool/game room; game room featuring ping pong, table for games, TV, outdoor gas grill & picnic area, and library. The elevator makes this an ideal retreat for families with older members and small children, as well as handicap friendly. No pets or smoking please!

Comfortable Condo, Direct Gulf Front!

This was our second trip to this condo. The place has all new tiles [or at least it appears that way] and is completely spotless. This a corner unit with sweeping views of the shore, and it is not too high up [third floor] that people look like ants on the sand... The bathrooms are beautiful, and the W/D is new, a front loader with a fairly large capacity. All appliances were fairly new and worked well. The blender was great, and we used it a lot! The beds were comfy, and the A/C worked great. I hooked up my lap top in the "third" bedroom [an area off the kitchen with a pull out couch bed] and it was just like home! Plusses include an elevator, a large heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs, and my favorite of all-a large heated spa area with powerful jets to ease away any muscle aches. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The staff member handling the condo was friendly and aimed to please. My only disappointment was that the full size round table on the covered porch was replaced with a much smaller one, no doubt because the original table was blown away with tropical storm Debby last year! It made it difficult to have meals outside looking at the sunset. St. John's Pass area is a ten minute ride away-There we had our best meal of our vacation at the Friendly Fisherman. You have to try the grilled Mahi! And also while there at the Pass, try Delosa's for the best Brooklyn pizza in Florida. Also, St. Petersburg is 20 minutes away if you are interested in the Dali Museum. Driving from the treasure Island causeway, the road takes you directly to the Central Ave. downtown artsy neighborhood, an area filled with great restaurants, shops, and outdoor cafes

My sister and I had an amazing week together and were blessed to have had the opportunity to stay here. The condo was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for the week. We really appreciated the brand new beach chairs that we were able to use. Very clean and quiet surroundings and an awesome view from the couch had you looking straight into the gulf waters without leaving your seat. i would highly reccomend this especially for families.

Family vacation

I stayed here with my husband and three children (ages 7-14). It was a beautiful location just a few steps from the private beach. The home is exactly as the pictures show. It is with in walking distance to just about everything (restaurants, ice cream, gas station, coffe etc...). The owner is very easy to talk to and he is very good at responding quickly to any inquiries. He has provided towels, beach toys, chairs. The only thing I wish I had was a broom. Other then that we do not have one complaint We had a lot of fun and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Thank you Drew.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and well stocked with items needed ( especially the kitchen). Only thing that could have made it super perfect is if the unit had beach chairs that we could take to the beach. We did rent the lounge chairs and umbrella for a decent price. Very family friendly and clean. Cant wait to go back next year.

Fantastic condo right on the beach

Sand Castle #301 was the perfect place for our vacation. Just a very short walk and we were right on the beach. The westward facing deck allowed us to watch gorgeous sunsets each night. The condo was extremely clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely recommend the condo and area to friends and family.
