The beach is right across the street with a private deeded beach access 100 steps away. The beach stretches for open miles both ways - how wonderful. The condo complex, Waterview, has a fabulous heated swimming pool, hot tub, grill, private fishing dock, and reserved parking. There is nearby golf and wonderful restaurants that also face the water and offer nightlife. Take the trolley or a short drive north to Clearwater. Go south for pier shopping at St John's pass. Go farther south and visit voted number 1 beach Fort DeSoto. Seminole Casino 45 minutes, Tampa Busch Gardens 50 minutes and Disney about 90 minutes.
