Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

BEACH JUST ACROSS THE STREET! BEAUTIFUL PLACE! DIRECT WATERVIEW!

Come and enjoy the sandy beaches, warm weather and beautiful sunsets on Indian Shores Florida. We pride ourselves on having a very clean two bedroom condo right across from the beach. Our unit has a huge balcony overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. You can even see the Gulf from the front door and the balcony! Parking is in a dedicated spot and there is lots of visitor parking for friends.

The grounds are beautifully maintained with gas BBQ's available for your use. The pool is large, clean and heated year round. It sits beside the intercoastal waterway where you can sunbath and watch the boats cruise up and down the canal. Fishing is available as well on the complexes own private dock. There are 4 newly surfaced tennis courts for your use, golf putting greens, shuffleboard and a hot tub. Always lots to do.

We are completing a TOTAL RENOVATION in May! Photos will be available by the second week in June. We will have 2 new bathrooms with glass showers, new kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar. All new decor and furnishings!

Our spacious condo has central air conditioning, flat screen TV's in both the living area and master bedroom and free internet for your surfing and emailing in the evening. Phone long distance anywhere in U.S. and Canada for free. The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences of home. Dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove and oven, all the pots and pans and serving ware you would need to cook your own meal.

Area Information

Indian Shores is a beautiful part of the St. Petersburg / Clearwater area. The condo property is 5 acres that are beautifully landscaped. Next to the property is an upscale restaurant with many others close at hand. Gulf Boulevard runs from Clearwater Beach south to St. Pete's Beach and you can take the beach trolley in either direction. John's Pass is a great shopping / restaurant area that is just to the south of Indian Shores. The area is family oriented, quiet and safe.

Spent 1 week in this condo and loved every minute. Condo was very clearn, all amenities. Bed was very comfortable and loved the location (across road from Gulf with the longest beach I have seen, gorgeous sunsets every night). Beautiful heated pool that was always clean. Canal at the end of our complex where you can sit and watch boats and birds. Felt very safe in this area, and it was close to grocery stores and malls. Would have liked to stay longer and hope to rent this same unit next year.

My husband and I rented this unit and it was perfect. It was directly across from the beach access. I enjoyed the table and chairs outside for occational reading when not on the beach. We watched the sunset every night on the beach. Being on the first floor meant no carting everything up and down. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the chairs, unbrella and cooler for our use. Very convenient to good restaurants.Loved having use of a grill for steaks and chicken. Want to go back. We had superfabulous weather too but of course that is not up to us. It was a lovely trip and the apartment was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

My family had a great time at your villa. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed having our own pool. It was nice to sit out on the deck at night and hear the fish jumping. We had the best time!!! The location was incrediable , right across from beach and super close to pool! Near everything and trolly service right across street. The condo was absolutly perfect for our family. All the aminities you could ask for inside and washer/dryer right at end of units. I will definately be renting from B & B again!! You must go to Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see winter the dolphin and be sure to spend time at St. Johns Pass. Both are just a short ride away. And the beach was perfect. We went to clearwaters pier 60 one day and missed our beach!!! Rent this property. You'll have a great time!!!

What a great vacation! We loved the cleanliness of your condo, it even smells good when you walk in the door. The place is so cute! The decor makes you feel like you are "at the beach" - really nice! The kids loved the big pool and we loved how close your condo is to the beach - just across the street. We enjoyed walking next door to the Salt Rock Grill for dinner overlooking the Intracoastal waterway - a meal to remember. Q:Will I need a car at your condo?

A:There is a trolley that run from Clearwater Beach south to St.Petes Beach along the beach strip. It is a pretty and fun ride and it stops right in front of our condo.

Q:What activities can you walk to?

A:There is, of course, the beach just across the street as well as bike rentals and kayak and boat rentals a few door down. You can walk to small shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars all within a block or two.

Q:Why did you choose Indian Shores for your condo?

A:Indian Shores is a small community. It is a very pretty town with beautiful parks, lovely nautical lighting as well as bike and pedestrian paths. It is a safe, friendly and very family oriented area.
