Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

Directly on Water newly renovated 1500 square foot unit within steps of the white sandy beach. This well-appointed unit has it all--balcony, deck, patios, fireplace, wet bar, carport, garage, large rooms, laundry room, free wifi--all in small quiet complex with pool, fishing dock, boat slip, boat ramp, beach shuttle stop, easy access to Clearwater, St. John's Pass, St. Petersburg, and Tampa.
This home is in a Complex consisting of 4 buildings of 4 units each and sits directly on the Intercoastal Waterway. City fire code allows no more than 6 people in a 2 Bedroom Condo.
Sit on the balcony and watch dolphins play in the morning, spend the day on the white sandy beaches, shopping the local malls, or on one of the many local golf courses then take in the local nightlife or travel the short distance to Tampa where entertainment abounds.
Bike, scooter, and boat rentals within walking distance or the shuttle picks up directly in front of the complex. Restaurants and tourist shops also within walking distance.

Area Information

Indian Shores is a small community located between Clearwater and Treasure Island. The two lane road and local shops are a testament to the home town flavor of this area with all the offerings of the big city just a few short miles away. Take the shuttle to Johns' Pass for parasailing, waverunner rides, deep sea fishing etc. or travel in to Tampa to see professional sports teams and live entertainment of all types.
Shopping abounds in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, or Tampa's malls and local shops. All types of tourist attractions are also available with Busch Gardens only 35 miles away and Disney, Universal Studios, and Seaworld, a mere 90 minutes away.

Clean, Spacious with Great View!

With our daughter and her 3 friends joining us for their week of Spring Break, it was great having the spaciousness of this condo so we didn't trip over each other. Laundry room was used a lot! Kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and the dishwasher made clean-up fast and easy. Coffee on the front deck was one of my favourite times. Two full bathrooms, with the master bath being so spacious having the two sinks and long counter,was a real plus. Since the master bedroom and bath were at the back of the unit, it made for privacy as we could close the door in the hallway. Mattresses looked brand new and the master bed was very comfortable. The 3 TVs with 3 DVD players, plus some movies and paperbacks, were nice extras. Gulf beach was so close-practically across the street! Great options for dining in the area, too. We recommend the Salt Rock Grill. Thank you, Larry, for providing such a nice unit for us to use for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We had a great vacation taking in Spring Training baseball games and you were very easy to work with.

Very nicely finished home with beautiful view across from the beach. Comfortable unit located close to restaurants and other tourist attractions. Owner was very good to work with. Highly recommended for short term vacation or long term stay.

Condo worth renting

February 25, 2010

My wife and I took our two cats and spent three weeks at this rental condo. We found the condo to be clean, in good condition, spacious and well designed. The condo was located on the inland waterway and within 75 yards of a very nice Gulf beach The condo is within easy walking distance of restaurants and other activities. The location is very desirable and I suggest future renters consider this as a place to stay

WONDERFUL VACATION

WOW what a trip!!! Last week was the best vacation we have taken in a long time. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed our mornings on the balcony and our walks on the beach. We wanted to go somewhere to de-stress and relax and this was the place. The town of Indian Shores is quiet and the people are very friendly. The owners were great to work with and we will most definitely be recommending this property. Thank you for the BEST Vacation Ever! We plan on coming back to visit again.
