Sip your favorite beverage on the large balcony that includes a bar set, gas grill and a view of the horizon. The beach is only steps away directly across the street. You can splash around the large heated pool during our mild tropical Florida afternoons or go for a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Feel free to bring your boat because this complex has boat slips available for residents to use at no additional charge.

You can walk easily back and forth directly to the white prestine Gulf of mexico beach on the concrete walkway with its own outside showers.

The roomy 2nd floor condo is normally owner occupied but due to a change in employment this condo is available from December - April. This condo is immaculately kept the furniture is less than 2 years old. You will love the split bedroom plan 1 queen and 1 king with the additional queen size sofa sleeper with 2 full size bathrooms.
