Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

This smoke-free unit is located at popular Sand Castle I on the seventh floor and directly on the Gulf of Mexico also with Intracoastal Waterway views.

Across the living room/kitchen and master bedroom stretches the balcony with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom and den views are the Intracoastal Waterway.

You will find a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with private bath. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds. The den offers a futon. A sofa sleeper is in the living room.

This unit rents from Saturday to Saturday during season.

Area Information

Indian Shores one of the small beaches located between
Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.

Indian Shores is a short drive to John's Pass Village (10 minutes), Tampa's Busch Gardens (45 minutes) and Disney Theme Parks (90 minutes).

John's Pass Village 10 minutes away has many restaurants, shops, and cruises; i.e., casino, deep-sea fishing (full or half-day),dolphin watching, sunset, lunch and dinner cruises. It's a wonderful place to visit. You can also drive to St. Pete Beach and Clearwater, just 20 minutes away, for other activities. Clearwater has a marina. St. Petersburg has the Dali museum. Busch Gardens is in Tampa, about a 50 minute drive. Disney Theme Parks are about 90 minutes away.

A perfect family vacation!

We stayed at a unit in Sand Castle 1.....it was a beautiful and spacious condo...very clean and well kept. The property at Sand Castle 1 was very nice. The kids enjoyed having such close access to the beach, and we sure enjoyed watching those amazing sunsets! The pool and hot tub on the property were well used by our family each day! All in all....a perfect week filled with many cherished memories.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Was perfect for my family of 8. The balcony view was awesome. Parking very convenient. Landscaping and pool was very well kept. My only complaint was the vertical blinds...many slats were missing and it was difficult sleeping with so much light coming in. Would I stay again...yes.

Very nice confortable, cozy and spacious condo. Well equipped and maintained. Beautiful sunset views and the landscapping is probably the nicest in the vicinity. Pool area is also new. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Perfect condo for relaxing family gateway.
