Description of the Indian Shores vacation 1/1condo rental:
Come stay at your home away from home! Beach access is just outside your door. Close to fine dining, golf, shopping and many other attractions.

Relax in this immaculate 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the first floor with water views. The loaded kitchen has everything you need to make homemade meals away from home!

One comfortable Queen bedroom. There is a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living area and a single fold up bed, Flat screen TV with cable in general living area.

There's a washer and drier on the premises. Bring Quarters for loads. It cost 1.25 per load per machine.

If you like to stay connected while away from home, a password protected wireless internet connection is included for your own private use.

This condo is conveniently located just 35 minutes from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, and Downtown Tampa, and about an hour a half drive to all of the Disney Attractions. Land in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon! Walk to convenience stores, restaurants, pubs and miniature golfing. We are centrally located on Indian Shores beach and just minutes from either Clearwater or St. Pete Beaches. Car is not necessary with the Sun Coast Trolley right outside our complex! This is a quiet and relaxing locale, but close enough to all of the action. It's just minutes from John's Pass Boardwalk where you can browse in quaint shops, rent a wave runner, dine, or take a sunset cruise on the Gulf.

A casual seafood restaurant located on the Intercoastal waterway serves great seafood inside and also on its patio.

Guppy's On The Beach - Located at 1701 North Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach. A casual seafood restaurant offers great atmosphere and great seafood while you dine inside or outside on the patio.

Salt Rock Grill - Located at 19325 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores. (make sure to call ahead for reservations.) Probably the best restaurant in Indian Shores is upscale and dressier, but also maintains a casual friendliness. The outstanding food and service make this a special dining treat.

Crabby Bills - Located at 401 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach
Eat great seafood in a rustic, casual atmosphere where you can enjoy Florida stone crabs (in season), oysters, conch fritters and wonderful creamy clam chowder. Great place to bring the kids.. Get there early or be prepared to wait.

PJ's Oyster House - Located at 500 1st Street, Indian Rocks Beach. Another great restaurant to bring the kids. A very casual, reasonably-priced seafood restaurant..

TJ's Italian Café - Located at 1515 Gulf Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach. Casual "Old Italian" cuisine with authentic pastas, brick oven entrees, fresh seafood, and homemade desserts. They even deliver!!

The Lobster Pot - Located at 17814 Gulf Boulevard, Redington Shores. Casual seafood restaurant offering a wide variety of fresh seafood and steaks., Expensive. Call ahead for reservations to avoid a long wait.

The BEST location!!

All the comforts of home, with a view of the ocean that is simply amazing. We'll miss seing those gorgeous sunsets directly in front of the condo! Located between St. Pete and Clearwater, we were able to enjoy many of the local festivals, markets, museums, concerts, restaurants and shopping. The 30- minute drive to Tampa airport was a great convenience as well. It was nice to be in a 7-unit condo on the first floor. We had gracious and caring hosts, and we are fortunate to have new, lifelong friendships with them and with other renters we met here. We WILL be back!

Perfection

Stayed in this delightful cozy condo for two heavenly months . Woke up to the sound and smell of the sea and ended the day with gorgeous sunsets . Found a private gym (HeartBodySoul) less than a mile away and have transformed myself using only a locally bought bike (Indian Rocrs Beach) and the Beach Trolley for transport . I have travelled all over the world and have never met friendlier locals or stayed in a more fabulous beach location . You walk out of the sitting room , across the patio and straight onto the sand . There's everything you could possibly need in the condo including a fully stocked bar ! which incidentally I left intact for the next guest ! I will definitely try and stay here again if I return to this part of the world .
