Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at 1 minute walk to white sandy beach with private access, with private dock on the inter coastal waterway for fishing or dolphin viewing. There is also a heated pool and hot tub,gas grill,free long distance calling to Canada and USA,free wireless internet,2 TVs. fully equipped kitchen and all linens and towel are provided. Go up to the terrace and view beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Close to shops,restaurants and popular attractions.

Area Information

We are located on the prestigious Gulf Blvd, across the street from the famous Indian Shores beach!with our own private beach access . The building is along the InterCoastal waters and, in fact, our pool is on the edge of the InterCoastal bay!

Indian Shores is a wonderful beach community that has great shops and restaurants. It is also a driving distance to many attractions and theme parks. The condo is conveniently located near the bus/trolley stop that takes you along Gulf Blvd.

We enjoyed the condo from the first moment. Very clean and nicely furnished, the kitchen extremely well equipped. The building itself and the pool area well kept. And really one minute to the beach. We especially appreciated the free long distance to Canada and the wi-fi. We shall certainly recommend this condo to our friends and family and will return.

I will keep it simple. This was by far my best rental experience ever. The condo is perfect for a family of 6. As promised by the owner and the rental company it was clean and comfortable. The condo has a washer and dryer large kitchen and living room but the bonus is for the parents. A separate bathroom(2 sinks) with huge shower. Also direct access to the balcony without leaving the bedroom. Direct access to the beach across the street (30second walk) and in the back the dock is amazing. You can fish there all day sitting area + water hose to wash off and boards to cut your bait.Really awesome!. The pool is nice too but it was under construction (resurfacing). However we were told of this ahead of time and were not deprived of any services since we has access to the pool next door( 15 second walk). The beach is vast and quiet ans shallow(super hot too). 10min drive or trolley and you are in Clearwater beach if you want more action. I will say that Jack Collins rentals and the owner were both amazing to deal with. Super friendly and accommodating. The owner even called to see if we found the place to our liking. I couldn't have asked for a better place. My wife and kids loved it and i would hand over my money to them again. If you are looking for a clean quiet condo with access to a clean and vast beach with walking distance to all services well look no further you found your spot Dimitri& Family Thank you Joe!

Fabulous, highly recommended for families

We had a fabulous time, the condo was superb, clean, well stocked kitchen, free internet and free long distance to Canada. The same goes for the grounds. The BBQ is new and the pool and hot tub were just redone The owners made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We needed to keep busy at night with 2 boys ages 5 and 8 and there was plenty to do, only s short drive to Tampa. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, hassle free vacation. Thanks Joe & Patricia!!!!! We'll be back!!!!!!

ONLY SUNSCREEN & SUITS NEEDED!!!

We loved the Condo!!! It was everything & more that the description stated! This is our first time staying at an owner/rental property BUT it will not be the last – at least with this one. The management company was wonderful to work with and the owner was also available to speak to IF we needed anything but guess what?? ALL WE NEEDED WAS SUNSCREEN & OUR BATHING SUITS! The home’s floor plan allowed you to have plenty of privacy if you had another couple staying with you, it was well maintained and the neighbors were great, everyone you saw made you feel comfortable. The elevator went right to the door and once you unloaded your stuff, it was BEACH TIME, POOL TIME or FISHING TIME! We hardly took time to eat, although if we wanted to cook for a dozen people the kitchen allowed it, it was fully stocked, enough dishes, pots & pans for an Italian Feast! The local stores were 7-10 minute drives away. The condo had full cable, local –long distance phone & free internet for that wanted to stay in and surf the net. Funny thing that we brought a really great DVD movie to watch and never got time to watch it because we were either too busy or too tired to stay awake long enough to see the whole movie! Below the Condo was some shaded parking and locking gates so that little ones didn’t wander off while you were enjoying the pool, barbeque area or fishing off the pier. We found that you could take a “trolley bus” to anywhere you needed to go and the bus route was easy enough to understand and extremely convenient, plenty of great places to eat and pretty sunsets. We rented jets skis at John’s Pass which was only 20 minutes away at a really great price! The washer & dryer allowed us to re-think our packing for the next time we come because we honestly only wore our bathing suits and one change of clothes for when we ate out the last night – that makes my husband really happy that he doesn’t have to carry all that luggage to the car & condo ever again! We will be back, time and time again, it was one of the most relaxing getaways we have had so far and we have been to the Caribbean, Boston and Hawaii but knowing that we only have to drive an hour and a half makes this so much more of a vacation than we can ever tell you! Thanks J for allowing us to share your home with you… P & K – We will be coming back again!!
