Sandcastle III

Our party of 5 stayed at Sandcastle III for two weeks and we were all quite happy with our accommodations. It was very nice to be able to see the water from both the front and back of our unit (#503) Staff at Plumlee Rentals were extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. There were a couple of occasions where we needed to have someone come out to repair our telephone. The Plumlee staff were very apologetic for the disruption in our telephone service and arranged for very prompt service. I would definitely recommend Plumlee and would not hesitate to stay at Sandcastle III in the future. Our vacation was enjoyable and the condo was exactly as described. The only thing I would recommend is to have a few more accessories available in the kitchen (we only had 5 knives and 4 tablespoons so perhaps a new set of cutlery would be helpful.)

We really enjoyed our time and the accomadations. This makes several trips to Indian Shores but I think this may be the first time with your company. I was trully impressed with your representative that took my reservation, she did everything could to accomadate the dates and needs and she did it with the greatest attitude. Even though this is the first time I believe i used your company she made me feel as though I was a long time special customer. At no point did I ever worry that somehow my reservation would be messed up during my trip down. You have a gem of a person on your staff. I will be making several trips to the area as i make plans to move there in spring of 2013 and your company will get all my reservations. Look forward to dealing with you in the future.
