WONDERFUL BEACH CONDO
Our family of 6 recently spent a week in this absolutely lovely condo. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen is very well appointed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and we found ourselves waiting for the gorgeous sunsets every evening. The condo has a large pool and hot tub, which we all enjoyed using almost every day. You can walk for hours on the beach -- the sand is clean and white. The condo even has beach chairs and noodles we could use! We enjoyed many excellent restaurants in Indian Shores, and one afternoon we rented a boat from the place right across the street -- they also have paddle boards which were great fun. The time went all too quickly, but we will definitely be back to this fabulous (and very affordable) condo!

"A terrific place for R"
We will rebook this unit next year! If you like waking up to the sound of ocean waves, seeing the beach and palm trees, and then if you like ending your day on the balcony watching the sunset, this is the place for you. A very clean and comfortable unit that sleeps 6 without having to have anyone on a pull out sofa in the living room! The beds are comfortable, the bedding seemed to be brand new, and there are plenty of beach towels available. The kitchen may not have granite countertops but the appliances are all great (cannot even hear the dishwasher running), is stocked better than my own kitchen at home: hot tea maker, party platters, and an abundance of silverware and dishes. Beautiful view of a well-groomed beach. We have stayed in many places in Florida and find Indian Shores is a casual, laid back community offering great restaurants, activities, and beaches. We were able to walk across the street to rent a boat...what could be more convenient? Favorite restaurants/bars a 5-10 minute drive awày included The Conch, the Pub (also just across the street), Jd's and Guppies. And we found great and cheap breakfasts as Crabby Bill's and Karl's Korner. Lots of good golf course options in the area. The owner is very nice and very responsive. All in all, a carefree, no-stress place to stay!

"Beautiful beach condo at very reasonable rates!"
Our 1 week stay at this amazing condo was perfect. Everything about the unit feels like home. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed with ample dishes, glasses and cookware. Sunsets are so beautiful from the 5th floor balcony!! We enjoyed long walks on the beach and afternoons at the pool and hot tub. There are many great restaurants nearby. The owner is very easy to work with. Thanks, Anne for a memorable, relaxing, and fun vacation...we definitely will be back!

We can not say enough about this fabulous condo! The location is perfect! The view is spectacular. Anne has everything you could ever need right at your fingertips. It is a quiet, family oriented setting. Perfect for a romantic vacation as well. We will be back. Thanks again to anne for a wonderful mini-vacation! Pamela
