The pool area, covered deck and new fishing pier are located directly on the Intracostal waterway where you can enjoy dolphin watching, boating, fishing and a comfortable ocean breeze.

The master suite features a queen-size Sleep Number bed, TV, walk-in closet and full bath.

The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, TV, VCR, walk-in closet and full bath across the hall.

A queen-size sleeper sofa is also included.

Other features include a FULLY-equipped kitchen (owner loves to cook so you won't be missing anything), flat-top stove, ice maker, full size washer & dryer, and central air/heat.

The spacious living room with wood floors leads to a carpeted deck overlooking a conservation area.

Indian Shores is located 7 miles south of Clearwater Beach and 4 miles north of St. Pete beach. This is a small but beautiful beach community located on the west coast of Florida. Two and a half miles of white sandy beaches provide for great fishing, boating or just relaxing.

Hop on the Sun Coast Trolly that runs along Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater to Pass-A-Grille beach. Enjoy sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and the casual beach life along this route.

Take a relaxing short walk to the beach (3 minutes) for a sunset or step out the door to our pool and deck area directly on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Disney, Universal and Sea World are only 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only 40 minutes.
