Description of the Indian Shores vacation townhouse rental
FLEXIBLE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DATES AVAILABLE. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT PARTIAL WEEK RENTALS.
This townhome is a safe and easy two minute walk to the white sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area, covered deck and new fishing pier are located directly on the Intracoastal waterway where you can enjoy dolphin watching, boating, fishing and a comfortable ocean breeze.
With amenities inside like Free Wireless High Speed Internet, a 60" Large Screen TV with stereo and DVD player, desktop computer, gas grill, 2-car garage, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bikes and all the comforts of home, why would you ever want to leave?
The master suite features a queen-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and newly remodeled full bath.
The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, TV, DVD player, walk-in closet and full bath across the hall.
A queen-size sleeper sofa is also included.
Other features include a FULLY-equipped kitchen (owner loves to cook so you won't be missing anything), flat-top stove, ice maker, full size washer & dryer, and central air/heat.
The spacious living room with wood floors leads to a carpeted deck overlooking a conservation wetlands area and partial view to the Gulf of Mexico.
We've taken great efforts to make sure everything you need is here to make your vacation complete. Just pack your clothes and relax. Come enjoy our home away from home as we do.

Area Information
The restaurants in the area are great providing everything from seafood, steaks, Italian, Asian, Mexican and continental cuisine.
Hop on the Sun Coast Trolly that runs along Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater to Pass-A-Grille beach. Enjoy sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and the casual beach life along this route.
Take a relaxing short walk to the beach (2 minutes) for a sunset or step out the door to our pool and deck area directly on the Intracoastal Waterway.
Disney, Universal and Sea World are only 90 minutes away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only 40 minutes.

Exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful week in Florida at this beautiful condo. Couldn't have been any better other than transporting our own home there. Anything/everything you could think of was there. Our weather was beautiful 80+ every day and sunny. Close to all amenities, beach and intercoastal - saw dolphins our first day even! Quiet location with good neighbours and friendly other 'visitors'. One glitch - the a/c broke and Rob took immediate action and had it repaired on Christmas Eve - unbelievable. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a spacious, clean home away from home. They have thought of everything in this unit.

This townhouse is beautifully decorated and so homey. The neighbors are the most friendly I've ever met. This is the 2nd yr I rented this home, I brought my family this year and they are hooked as well. Thank you Rob & Tina for sharing your home, we love it !!

2010 VACATION

Dear Mr. Jones, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your place the two weeks we were there in June. It was a really nice vacation, what with our G-Daughter graduating from High School and the grad party with family and friends. It seemed more like a vacation this time because of the location and easy access to the beach. The place was very clean and the furnishings were all you would want in a vacation home. The weather couldn't have been better, which made for a very fun stay. Thanks again, Jim, Joy, daughter Nichole and her two children the first week.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! More than I expected, it was fully stocked with all the amenities and more. Just bring your personal things and enjoy the wonderful pool, beautiful beach, and friiendly neighbors! Will definitely go back next year....

This condo was PERFECT. The rooms are on the 2nd floor so the little ones got up early and did not wake the older children (or some fathers). The place is VERY CLEAN and QUIET. Garage for two cars. My daughter who is quite a cook enjoyed the facilities in the kitchen. The beach is just accross the street. On our last day, we fished at the mini "pier" on the intracoastal near the swimming pool and caught (and released)a "grey fish". The Pub, a very good restaurant, is just a 10 minutes walk away. We would go back ANYTIME.
