Great Family Condo - Location, Location, Location!
September 7, 2013
Thanks for sharing your fantastic property with our family! The location was excellent for spending a week right across the street from a pristine and easily accessible public beach or to take a side trip to Disney or Universal for a day (which we did!). Also, lots to do in the immediate area for kids including mini-golf (with live alligators!), local shopping and the nation's largest seabird sanctuary! The area has a very residential/neighborhood feel compared to other more "touristy" sections of the beach strip. The condo complex, although older was clean, well maintained and the unit was tastefully furnished/decorated and had a recent makeover to bring the interior up to date. It was great to have the over-sized garage on the main level for the beach items complete with newer full sized washer and dryer! The kitchen was fully appointed with recent appliances, assortment of utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cooking vessels etc. which made breakfasts & lunches enjoyable and easy to prepare. Also, plenty of great dining options nearby for evening dinners out! Having 2 private balconies was nice to be able to sit outside and read early in the morning. The 2 bedrooms as well as a pull out couch (and 3 bathrooms!) made this a great retreat for our family of 5. Our itinerary included morning trips to the pool or beach (enjoying the sunrise by the pool over the inter-coastal waterway!) followed by afternoons in the sun again at the pool or the beach! The pool and surrounding deck area was clean and maintained and refreshing on hot afternoons before dinner. The internet and cable were welcomed amenities for evenings with the kids or on a rainy afternoon. There was also some close-by outlet or mall shopping within 30-40 minutes away if the weather turns. Both the owner and the rental company were exceptionally easy to communicate with and thorough right from the start and very accommodating. (the adjoining neighbors in the complex were great as well!) All in all an enjoyable, relaxing week away for our family and would definitely consider a return visit! Thanks again Cindy!

A New Experience For Us
June 1, 2013
My sister and brother-in-law from Nova Scotia and my husband and I from Ontario always get together in Florida in May. We usually rent a home with a pool and enjoy shopping and golf and a 20 minute drive to the beach. This year we added the week at Indian Shores just across from the beach. At first I was aprehensive (I enjoy the privacy and quiet of having your own house and pool) but we loved the experience. The pool was quite nice and not busy (we were usually on our own in it). My husband enjoyed an early morning walk along the water and we all enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach. The homeowner left beach charis and umbrellas for our use and we really appreciated that. We took our own beach towels but I was still nervous about the white towels and the instructions that went along with using them. The condo was very clean and tidy but my sister thought perhaps a few non perishable staples like salt and pepper and sugar would be an asset. I was a little disappointed that the description said there were views of the intercoastal waterway and the ocean from the balconies but that was misleading. Another thing that might help visitors too would be a map of the area. It sounds like I am complaining but not really, they were such minor things, compared with our overall enjoyment of the week. In fact next year, we are already considering trying to find something directly on the beach. Hope this information is helpful to you.

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo was great. It was exactly like the pictures. The owners were very accomodating with our children, providing a pack n play and booster seat. The gift basket on the table when we arrived was awesome! It had supplies for dinner, snacks and toys for the kids. The condo was very clean and had all the extra supplies we needed.
Indian Shores vacation
April 15, 2013
We love Indian Shores and the laid back and homey atmosphere. Cindee was easy to get in touch with and the condo is really all you could want. Close to a variety of great restaurants and though we did check out some other beaches during our stay, we always preferred coming home to Indian Shores! Only thing that would have made it more perfect is if it was directly on the beach. We love hearing the crashing waves at night. Would recommend this unit and also Carolina Mike as a guide for kayaking. Thank you Cindee! We will definitely come back to Indian Shores.....talking about this November already!

This is a beautiful condo very well kept and clean, right across from the gulf. My husband and daughter and I loved it here. All we needed was our clothes and food. Everything else was there...dishes, washer and dryer ,towels. It was great how close to the beach it was, and not crowded . Grocery stores were close, no loud people or parties. We had a fabulous time and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

We loved everything! The house was very comfortable and provided a vary relaxing atmosphere! The sugar sand beach was great and just across the road! The owner was easy to contact whether it be via phone or internet and she was always very accomodating! Great restaurants are close by and it is a quiet and safe neighborhood and everyone was very nice and friendly! We just got home and are already looking forward to coming back next February!
We had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time in Florida. The Townhouse was very nice and clean. The beach access was just across the street. The beach was not crowded and you can walk for hours. There is a lot of beach stuff in the house. The owner are very nice and helpful. We would come again.

What a great peaceful stay we had here. Located at a charming part of the beach. Just across the street from beach -the TH had everything we needed. Was nice to relax at pool for a bit when back across from beach and watch the boats go by on the Intercoastal. Owner was very accomodating with request to extend a couple of days. No-one wants to leave the beach if you can stay another weekend right?! Will stay here again.

Perfect location and property!
May 1, 2011
This was the first time we had rented online and were very nervous if what was pictured and described was actually what we were renting. We were relieved to find the townhouse was exactly as pictured. It was clean and very well equipped. The location was the best on Gulf Blvd. We got up early and walked on the beach each morning which was directly across the street and walked back on the street which had a bike lane and a walking lane. Bike and moped rentals were just up the road. The pool was wonderful on days when the wind was high on the beach. We enjoyed the mini golf, also just up the road, but was a bit pricey ($50 for 4). We were 1/2 hour from the airport and 3/4 hour from Busch Gardens. We enjoyed John's Pass, even though it was a bit of a tourist trap. Visited St. Pete's Pier, which was disappointing, not worth the drive. If we were to return to this area we would definitely select Indian Shores and would seek out this property again.

My husband, daughter and I spent a very enjoyable week at the BVV and it was everything and more than we had hoped. Clean, well equipped, lovelty decor, comfortable and near everything within walking distance. Beach was the best and have been to many in the 50 mile area and the pool ended every one of our days. We don't like big crouds but also didn't want to be away from everything either so this was just right. Hope to be back some time. Thank you for being what you advertised!

If you are looking for a vacation to relieve all your stress, this is it. perfect location beautiful sunsets, white sand and clear water YES CLEAR WATER. I tried to upload some pictures but was unable to figure it out. This was my first time to the Indian Shores FL area and all I can say is I will be back. Great food close by, calm slow pace and relaxing location. Maybe I was lucky but I do not like crowded beaches and crowded restaurants and both where exactly how I prefer at this location. If you go here for a relaxing vacation you will be extremely happy with the outcome. I cant wait until next year so I can return to this wonderful location/area.

Great place for families

This unit was perfect for my family, especially the kids! It was furnished tastefully, but comfortably. I felt like I was at home! Beach access was right across the street, so why pay enormous prices for direct beach front. Will definetly come back this year!
