Description of the Indian Shores vacation townhouse rental
Relax in this immaculate 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury townhouse with water views from each terrace. Newly renovated kitchen with natural stone countertops and modern glass & marble tiled backsplash. Elegant white cabinets with crown molding and recessed lighting.The loaded kitchen has everything you need to make homemade meals away from home!
Two comfortable bedroom suites each with private baths with updated natural stone counters, wall to wall closets. Master suite has a comfy queen bed and the second suite has two twin beds. TV with cable in both rooms and general living area. Living area also has a pull-out couch sleeper.
There's even an oversized garage with beach chairs, toys, etc., plus a full sized washer and dryer!
Just bring your bathing suit because practically everything else is taken care of. Enjoy each new sunrise from your balcony with a warm cup of coffee. Then, cross the street for fun in the sun on the white sand beach,. And later, reflect on a perfect day as you watch the most colorful sunset- each one more breathtaking than the last.
If you like to stay connected while away from home, a password protected wireless internet connection is included for your own private use.
There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby as well as a crystal clear pool on site that overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway.
This town home is conveniently located just 35 minutes from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, and Downtown Tampa, and about an hour a half drive to all of the Disney Attractions. Land in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon!
Our home is professionally managed, so never a worry!!!
Area Information
just minutes from either Clearwater or St. Pete Beaches. Car is not necessary with the Sun Coast Trolley right outside our complex! This is a quiet and relaxing locale, but close enough to all of the action. It's just minutes from John's Pass Boardwalk where you can browse in quaint shops, rent a wave runner, dine, or take a sunset cruise on the Gulf.
NEARBY RESTAURANTS:
The Pub - a casual seafood restaurant located on the Intercoastal waterway serves great seafood inside and also on its patio. Located at 20025 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores.
Guppy's On The Beach - a casual seafood restaurant offers great atmosphere and great seafood while you dine inside or outside on the patio. Located at 1701 North Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach.
Salt Rock Grill - probably the best restaurant in Indian Shores is upscale and dressier, but also maintains a casual friendliness. The outstanding food and service make this a special dining treat. Located at 19325 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores. (make sure to call ahead for reservations.)
Crabby Bills - eat great seafood in a rustic, casual atmosphere where you can enjoy Florida stone crabs (in season), oysters, conch fritters and wonderful creamy clam chowder. Great place to bring the kids. Located at 401 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach. Get there early or be prepared to wait.
PJ's Oyster House - another great restaurant to bring the kids. A very casual, reasonably-priced seafood restaurant. Located at 500 1st Street, Indian Rocks Beach.
TJ's Italian Café - Casual "Old Italian" cuisine with authentic pastas, brick oven entrees, fresh seafood, and homemade desserts. They even deliver!! Located at 1515 Gulf Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach.
The Lobster Pot - Casual seafood restaurant offering a wide variety of fresh seafood and steaks. Call ahead for reservations to avoid a long wait. Located at 17814 Gulf Boulevard, Redington Shores.

2013 Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo was great. It was exactly like the pictures. The owners were very accomodating with our children, providing a pack n play and booster seat. The gift basket on the table when we arrived was awesome! It had supplies for dinner, snacks and toys for the kids. The condo was very clean and had all the extra supplies we needed.

Indian Shores vacation

We love Indian Shores and the laid back and homey atmosphere. Cindee was easy to get in touch with and the condo is really all you could want. Close to a variety of great restaurants and though we did check out some other beaches during our stay, we always preferred coming home to Indian Shores! Only thing that would have made it more perfect is if it was directly on the beach. We love hearing the crashing waves at night. Would recommend this unit and also Carolina Mike as a guide for kayaking. Thank you Cindee! We will definitely come back to Indian Shores.....talking about this November already!

Relaxing Vacation

This is a beautiful condo very well kept and clean, right across from the gulf. My husband and daughter and I loved it here. All we needed was our clothes and food. Everything else was there...dishes, washer and dryer ,towels. It was great how close to the beach it was, and not crowded . Grocery stores were close, no loud people or parties. We had a fabulous time and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Just like being home

We loved everything! The house was very comfortable and provided a vary relaxing atmosphere! The sugar sand beach was great and just across the road! The owner was easy to contact whether it be via phone or internet and she was always very accomodating! Great restaurants are close by and it is a quiet and safe neighborhood and everyone was very nice and friendly! We just got home and are already looking forward to coming back next February!

We had a wonderful time in Florida. The Townhouse was very nice and clean. The beach access was just across the street. The beach was not crowded and you can walk for hours. There is a lot of beach stuff in the house. The owner are very nice and helpful. We would come again.

What a great peaceful stay we had here. Located at a charming part of the beach. Just across the street from beach -the TH had everything we needed. Was nice to relax at pool for a bit when back across from beach and watch the boats go by on the Intercoastal. Owner was very accomodating with request to extend a couple of days. No-one wants to leave the beach if you can stay another weekend right?! Will stay here again.

Perfect location and property!

This was the first time we had rented online and were very nervous if what was pictured and described was actually what we were renting. We were relieved to find the townhouse was exactly as pictured. It was clean and very well equipped. The location was the best on Gulf Blvd. We got up early and walked on the beach each morning which was directly across the street and walked back on the street which had a bike lane and a walking lane. Bike and moped rentals were just up the road. The pool was wonderful on days when the wind was high on the beach. We enjoyed the mini golf, also just up the road, but was a bit pricey ($50 for 4). We were 1/2 hour from the airport and 3/4 hour from Busch Gardens. We enjoyed John's Pass, even though it was a bit of a tourist trap. Visited St. Pete's Pier, which was disappointing, not worth the drive. If we were to return to this area we would definitely select Indian Shores and would seek out this property again.

Family getaway

My husband, daughter and I spent a very enjoyable week at the BVV and it was everything and more than we had hoped. Clean, well equipped, lovelty decor, comfortable and near everything within walking distance. Beach was the best and have been to many in the 50 mile area and the pool ended every one of our days. We don't like big crouds but also didn't want to be away from everything either so this was just right. Hope to be back some time. Thank you for being what you advertised!

If you are looking for a vacation to relieve all your stress, this is it. perfect location beautiful sunsets, white sand and clear water YES CLEAR WATER. I tried to upload some pictures but was unable to figure it out. This was my first time to the Indian Shores FL area and all I can say is I will be back. Great food close by, calm slow pace and relaxing location. Maybe I was lucky but I do not like crowded beaches and crowded restaurants and both where exactly how I prefer at this location. If you go here for a relaxing vacation you will be extremely happy with the outcome. I cant wait until next year so I can return to this wonderful location/area.

This unit was perfect for my family, especially the kids! It was furnished tastefully, but comfortably. I felt like I was at home! Beach access was right across the street, so why pay enormous prices for direct beach front. Will definetly come back this year!
