Just bring your bathing suit because everything else is taken care. Enjoy a new sunrise from your balcony with a warm cup of coffee. Then cross the street for fun and relaxation on the white sand beach and later in the day the most colorful sunsets. Each one is more breath taking than the last.

Relax in this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury townhome with waterviews from each terrace. Two master suites with private baths, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. TV with cable in both rooms as well as in general living area, with a sofa bed. The loaded kitchen has everything you need!

If you still can't get away from work or talking to your friends on the internet. The unit has internet connection for your private use.

Plenty of outdoor activities near by as well as a pool on site.

The unit sits about 35 minutes from Bush Gardens and is about an hour a half from all of the Disney Attractions.

Walk to convenience stores, restaurants, pubs and miniature golfing. We are centrally located in Indian Shores on Sand Key Island,
just minutes from either Clearwater or St. Pete Beaches. Car is not necessary, Sun Coast Trolley right outside complex! This is a quiet and relaxing locale, but close enough to the action. It's minutes from John's Pass where you can browse in quaint shops, rent a wave runner, or take a sunset gambling cruise on the Gulf. Only 35-45 minutes from Tampa airport- land in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon!

Guppy's - a casual seafood restaurant offers great atmosphere and great seafood while you dine inside or outside on the patio. Located at 1701 North Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach.

Salt Rock Grill - probably the best restaurant in Indian Shores is upscale and dressier, but also maintains a casual friendliness. The outstanding food and service make this a special dining treat. Located at 19325 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores. (make sure to call ahead for reservations.)

Crabby Bills - eat great seafood in a rustic, casual atmosphere where you can enjoy Florida stone crabs (in season), oysters, conch fritters and wonderful creamy clam chowder. Great place to bring the kids. Located at 401 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach. Get there early or be prepared to wait.

PJ's Oyster House - another great restaurant to bring the kids. A very casual, reasonably-priced seafood restaurant. Located at 500 1st Street, Indian Rocks Beach.

TJ's Italian Café ''''''A casual "Old Italian" cuisine with authentic pastas, brick oven entrees, fresh seafood, and homemade desserts. They even deliver!! Located at 1515 Gulf Boulevard, Indian Rocks Beach.

This unit was perfect for my family, especially the kids! It was furnished tastefully, but comfortably. I felt like I was at home! Beach access was right across the street, so why pay enormous prices for direct beach front. Will definetly come back this year!
