Description of the Indian Shores vacation townhouse rental

Townhouse 2 storey unit with double garage below located directly on the intercoastal waters across the street from the beach access (just mins walk). Located on the Gulf Blvd and walking distance to a few amenities, a short drive to major amenities (supermarket, restaurants etc). This is a small development (not a high rise block with elevators) with a double garage below the units (rare this close to the beach) and parking for 4 cars. Seashells units have connecting breezeway and 2 small flights of stairs up from the ground level. There are no lifts.

1200 square foot. The (air-conditioned) beach sunshine trolley service is on you doorstep which runs between St Petes Beach and Clearwater. A couple of minutes to popular Johns Pass which has cruises, dolphin watching, restaurants and shops. 90 mins from Orlando and only 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport. On site convenience store. Fishing Pier, just bring your poles. Pets welcome with $50 pet fee to cover cost of carpet cleaning on departure.

Area Information

Indian Shores Beach is located equal distance between St Petes Beach and Clearwater. The 'Seashells' town houses consist of single storey town houses/condominiums above a double garage and parking with their own in unit washer & dryers. No lifts to worry about, you can park outside you property. There is a mini supermarket/corner store.

Fabulous place to stay

My first visit to the Gulf Coast & I will defiantly be back! The condo is fabulous & such a great location. Booking was easy & I felt very comfortable talking to the owner. The photos on the website are great but even better when you can see in person. The beach seems to go on forever & not too busy. The local restaurants were all great & I loved shopping at the Ellenton Outlet Mall. We played golf & there were plenty of good reasonable priced courses locally. The on site mini mart seemed to sell everything & we hired our car for the holiday from the car hire next to the mini mart saving lots of dollars rather than picking up a car from the airport. I can't recommend this condo enough!

We going to this area third time. And every time we looking for different place to stay, hopping, that one day we will find perfect combination of service, location and price. And we just did. Townhouse, that we were renting is right on the Intercostal, right on the water. The view from the balcony is amazing any time of day. Fishing peer was equipped with most convenience for fisherman in mind. People, who leaves there and administration is extremely welcoming and helpful. Unit is clean, plenty towels and all supply you may need and spacious enough for two our families having great, comfortable time.
