Beautiful Skyline View off 2nd floor Master Balcony! Walk out to private 10X20 deck and large fenced in yard! This house is completly renovated to the studs and includes trendy furnishings.

Open floor plan features Great Room, Gas Fireplace (between great room/dining area), Dining area, and Office/den. Kitchen features Granite counters, Stainless Steel Appliances, Porcelain Backsplash, Dishwasher, and center island with stove top. Kitchen fully stocked. Flat Panel HDTV furnished in Living area. Washer and Dryer included.

Master Suite (18X22) features large walk in closet, spa like bath with garden tub and separate dual head shower! Master bedroom is furnished with King Size bed, dresser, linens. Front bedroom includes full size bed and linens, middle room includes twin bunk beds. ALL bedrooms have HUGE walk in closets.

Walking distance from beautiful Highland Park (best view of the fireworks on 4th of July!), the heart of Mass ave, and the city center. Also a short drive to the Indianapolis speedway. Easy access to both I65 and I70 Interstates.
