Description of the Indio vacation home rental

This home is not far north of Hwy 10 and Fantasy Springs Casino, at Haciendas Drive and Golf Ctr Pkwy. Gated, new subdivision with tennis courts, nearby 24hour fitness with olympic pool, work-out classes all day/evening, and a huge gym. House is across the road from Terra Lagos lakes and 36 hole golf course. One block east of very large shopping mall with Winco Foods, Home Depot, Ross, Super Target, MacDonalds, 2 restaurants, nail salon, and many other stores. Very new and safe community that is ideal for a retired couple. Neighbours live there year round in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac. It is situated on l/3 acre of wonderful and private property. Area Information

Backyard has view of the Santa Rosa Mtns, and front yard looks towards the San Jacinto Mtn. A few miles from lovely Lake Cahuilla for boating and picnicking. Walk to golf course and lakes across the street at Tera Lagos. Minutes to large outdoor mall with all shopping needs. This house is luxuriously decorated on l/3 acre of lovely gardens/trees and great for entertaining. There is a 14 foot long granite counter in the kitchen, complete with bar stools. The living room has large, wall-to-wall windows with a walk-out to the backyard. It is equipped with a 40" Samsung television, high definition channels (200), and an office area with a large desk. It is a very bright, clean, and cheery place with all tiled floors throughout. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with cooking equipment, cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, and many other amenities.

A:The sunshine and great weather are year round, with fantastic mountain views from the indoors of the home and surrounding the entire gated community. There is very low crime in this community, as there are 13 resident police officers who live closeby. The gardens have flood lighting on the pathways and large palm trees, which blow in the wind while you sleep at night. This place is perfect for retired couples who just want some peace and quiet and a place to let their dog or cat also feel at home. It is not a party place for large families and it is strictly non-smoking. This ensures clean air and a smoke free environment for good health.
