This wonderful house is situated directly across from the fourteenth green at the Lakeside Golf and Country Club. Once through the front door, you are welcomed by the large vaulted ceilings leading to the main open plan living area of the house, which consists of family room, dining room, extra sitting room and fully equipped spacious kitchen with breakfast counter and bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with large oven, hob and grill, dishwasher and yes an American size fridge/freezer. Also the home has a separate laundry room with large American size washer and dryer. The interior of the home has been decorated to high standards with elegant furnishings and fully air-conditioned. The master bedroom with his and hers large walk in closets and super king size bed and en-suite bathroom consisting of WC, double sinks, Roman bathtub, and large walk-in shower. The bedroom has also direct access to the pool area. The property also has a further large en- suite which is fully self contained for privacy and consists of the bedroom with built in wardrobes providing plenty of space, Queen size bed and bathroom with full size bath and shower, and again direct access to the pool area for your early morning swims. Two further Bedrooms consists of twin bed's in each room, Both with built in wardrobes and have the benefit of a further bathroom with shower and vanity unit. All the bedrooms have plenty of drawer space as well. Three televisions are in the home also, one in the family room which also has a CD player and music centre and televisions in each of the on suite bedrooms. There is direct access onto the large pool area from the dining and family room through the French doors in each room. The area surrounding the pool consists of a covered patio with ceiling fans to keep you cool in the Florida sunshine and a very spacious terrace and pool area which measures 43 feet by 36 feet which gives you an idea of the extra large outside space we have built into the home . There are outside table and chairs and sun loungers. The large swimming pool has a sitting plateau in the deep end and walk out step's in the shallow end and mosaic Dolphins in the centre of the pool. The electric pool heater can be used when necessary on request for the applicable charge in order to obtain a comfortable water temperature at all times.
The large plot of land on which the house is situated offers a variety of landscaping as well as much space around the house for added privacy and enjoyment. Free wireless internet access is provided in fact all you need to do is bring your toothbrush!!

The villa is located at Lakeside Golf and Country Club in Citrus County, the main growing area in Florida for oranges , grapefruits etc. surrounded by lakes, rivers and natural springs, this is a haven for golfers, fishermen, walkers and swimmers. Our villa is situated 70 minutes from Orlando Airport and within a few miles of the Gulf coast. At the resorts of Crystal River and Homosassa Springs you can hire boats of every kind for the day for fishing, snorkelling, diving in the superb crystal clear springs or just for cruising the waters spotting the endangered Manatees and the abundant wild life. Shopping Malls of every kind and supermarkets are all on your doorstep. The historic old town of Inverness is 2 miles away. A superb restaurant and Bistro is on site at the Golf Club, local attractions include Silver Springs Theme Park, Homosassa Springs and Crystal River.The Nature Coast is dominated by water- gulf keys, deep springs, wide lakes are all features of the region.
