Another premier ocean front house. This one is intimate in spite of its very high ceiling, large windows and skylights. The wall color captures subtle ocean hues, which combined with the maple floors, granite entry and wonderful light, convey a Mediterranean mood. The ocean views from the main living areas, kitchen and large lovely deck are breathtaking. The atmosphere for relaxing while perched directly above the beach meets all criteria for the beach perfect get away. A brand new spa was installed in January 2007 making this lovely home the perfect vacation destination!
