An extraordinarily wide open deck welcomes the newcomer to Pelican's View. The first entrance into this single story home opens into the grand kitchen area complete with a large chopping block island and laundry room.
The master bedroom is located off of the kitchen and has a corner fireplace and brand new king size bed. The bedroom has its own Sat. T.V./V.C.R. and bathroom.
The dining room seats eight comfortably and has gorgeous views of the coastline. There is a large wood burning stove that makes for a cozy eating atmosphere.
The open living room area has a large fireplace and a 16 foot window seat that overlooks the deck. Offering a comfortable place from which to watch the whales swim by or relax with a good book and a glass of Anderson Valley wine.
The spare bedroom has a queen size bed and a gorgeous view of the beach. Comes completely stocked with plenty of extra linens and blankets for those cold winter nights.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds and is decorated with a lighthouse theme. As is the bathroom that the 2 bedrooms share.
Nature's raw beauty surrounds the hot tub area and views from the tub are stunning. Sit back and drink in the wildlife and enjoy the views.
