Furnished Beach located at Tamayo y Navas Beach Apartments on road 4476, montones Beach Isabela is located between Jobos Beach and Middles Isabela two of best beaches for surfing in the area.. It's an hour and 45 minutes drive on a scenic route from San Juan and 10 minutes from Aguadilla Airport (BQN). Isabela is a secluded beach town famous for its surfing and pristine beaches also is part of Porta del Sol touristic area. It is a perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. This apartment is just steps away from the beach on the 1st floor. 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is 5 minutes from the best restaurants in the area, pubs and kiosks offering some of Puerto Rican's favorite drinks and cuisine. On the weekends you can purchase fresh fish from the fisherman's port at villa pesquesra that is about 1 mile from the complex. Nearby Isabela, you can enjoy many activities from Horseback riding through the mountains and beaches, snorkeling and scuba diving at Shack's Beach, golfing on Punta Borinquen Golf Course on a cliff overlooking the Ocean, or taking a dip in the natural pool. Within driving distance are the Camuy Cave Park, Arecibo Observatory- largest radio telescope on Earth, Las Cascadas Water park, Guajataka Forest hiking trail, and the Mayaguez Zoo. Within walking distance from the condo are banks, souvenirs shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, and 1 1/2 from the complex you have bakeries offering some of Puerto Rico's best sweets

Terms and Conditions:
1. You must confirm 2 week in advance after reservation are made.
2. Any cancelation a week prior the arraival will have a penalty $50.00.
3. Their will be a 6 ocupants per day, only 2 more will be added a extra charge of $15.00 per person and per day depending the season. Rate will be revise each season
4. All requests are subject to verification by us. We can not guarantee any offer, we cannot independently confirmed.
5. we reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or cancel any reservation that has not paid the deposit for rent. This will depend on the amount of day that will be rented.
6. Once you have accepted our term and conditions the offer is final.
7. the will no be visitor allowed at the facility. If we find visitors we will cancel the stay and change the check out.
8. One time cleaning fee of $ 20.00
