Brand new furnished Beach Front condo in Villa Pesquera Isabela. It's an hour and 45 minutes drive on a scenic route from San Juan and 15 minutes from Aguadilla Airport (BQN). Isabela is a secluded beach town famous for its surfing and pristine beaches. It is a perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. This spacious condo is just steps away from the beach on the 5th floor just below the penthouse. From the balcony you have a panoramic view of the beach and surrounding mountains. The condo is in a gated complex with 24 hours security and a patrol guard. The condo has full access to the gym, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pools, children's playground and private gate to the beach. Across the street are restaurants, pubs and kiosks offering some of Puerto Rican's favorite drinks and cuisine. On the weekends you can purchase fresh fish from the fisherman's port and enjoy live music. Nearby Isabela, you can enjoy many activities from Horseback riding through the mountains and beaches, snorkeling and scuba diving at Shack's Beach, golfing on Punta Borinquen Golf Course on a cliff overlooking the Ocean, or taking a dip in the natural pool. Within driving distance are the Camuy Cave Park, Arecibo Observatory- largest radio telescope on Earth, Las Cascadas Water park, Guajataka Forest hiking trail, and the Mayaguez Zoo. 1. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our Isabela Beach Management.
2. The Lowest Price Guarantee is available only for exact 'apple to apple comparison. For example, the same accommodation: same number of bedrooms and baths (including number of beds), class of service, full amenities, features (pool, gym, tennis court, gated), equivalent square footage, and exact number of check-in/check-out dates. Except as noted below, the Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of rental without including any taxes and fees.
3. The Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to Isabela area, Puerto Rico. This does not include rates offered on corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The rate must be quoted in US dollars.
4. All requests are subject to verification by Isabela Beach Rental Management. We can not guarantee any offer we cannot independently confirmed.
5. Isabela Beach Rental Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Lowest Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and has everything we needed. There is plenty of space and enough beds. The maintanence personel was very attentive and tried to help as much as they could. The gym was appropriate and the beach was fantastic.

We stayed for 3 weeks in July and really enjoyed it. The condo is clean and has everything you need to feel right at home with large bedrooms,washer/dryer, and a well equiped kitchen. There is a nice view of the beach from the large balcony. Management was very helpful and was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. All the bedrooms had A/C, but the living room/kitchen area did not, so it was hot during the day,but most of the time we were out by the pool, or on the beach. There was a nice breeze in the evening. You need a car to go into town or go to the supermarket, but otherwise you can walk to the beach. There is a pool, tennis court and basketball court on the premises. The beach in Isabela is beautiful and the local people are very friendly. It did get a bit noisy on the weekends with the local traffic, especially at night, but nothing too outrageous! All and all, we had a wonderful time, and I would recommend it.
