Description of the Isabela vacation home rental

Quick- be among the first to stay in our newest home ready for year
round rental beginning Sept 2007 . Our home is located in Porta Del
Sol (Door to the Sun)on the western end of Puerto Rico, just outside
the city of Isabela within a short drive to the local beaches and
other area attractions.

We have strived to include everything that you need to have a
wonderful vacation. Since this is our home away from home, all you
will need to bring is clothing, personal items, and the food and
beverages of your choice.

The laid-back feeling of the island and its people is contagious.
The glory of the sun and the sea will both exhilarate and relax you.
There are 365 beaches in Puerto Rico, one for every day of the year,
and one perfect for whatever water sport you choose to participate
in.

Be sure to visit the areas most famous beaches all within a short
drive- Jobos in Isabela (2 miles), Shacks (3 miles) Sardinera (3.5
miles) Crashboat in Aguadilla (about 10 miles), and the beaches of
Rincon(17 miles). Rio Camuy Cave Park, Arecibo Observatory, and many
other attractions are also nearby

• Deposits: PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 10 days upon reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, money orders or personal checks payable to Juan Baez or you can send an electronic payment using PAYPAL. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due (14) days before your arrival date.

we stayed at the house sept 3rd thru the 9th. the house was alot more then we expected... we had everything that we needed in the house which included a washing machine, grill etc. i will never stay at a hotel again when i visit puerto rico this will be the house i will stay at.... the nieghbors were great and they introduced themselves and told us if we needed anyhting to let them know igive this house a rate 5 star. basically i visit puerto rico 3 to 4 times a year and usually stay at the conquistador in farjado whichis nice but this is so much carefree and more a home like feeling.
