This gorgeous property is like new becuase it virtually is. Upscale everything, largest and newest unit in Isla with exclusive access to Bahia Club with a private pool and spa, exercise room, library and more.
Just a few steps from the elevator and very handicap friendly.
You will be in close proximity to 3 famous beaches and have wide open water in front of your 3rd floor unit with a huge balcony, views to die for and those sunsets....
All of the furnishings and supplies are custom and top-of-the-line with new carpet, hardwood, tile and paint.
The master features a comfy triple sheeted king with walk-in closet and double bath. The split plan separates the 2 twin beds in the guest room that is off the second full bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped down to the toothpicks and all large and small appliances. The supersize washer and dryer are in the separate utility room.
You can dine in the breakfast room, at the dining bar, in the formal dining room or on the patio (that is the full length of the living room and master suite), all with views of the water. The living room features a down-filled sectional and an entertainment center. Both bedrooms have cable t.v.

Isla Del Sol is an exclusve planned enclave of luxury mixed design exclusively condo development. Most units are owner occupied so it truly is like being in a home.
You can walk to some restaurants, shops, etc. Isla also has many diversions such as pools, exercise area, great jogging walking trails, fishing, biking, sunning and a small beach.
You will be less than 2 miles from the interstate which puts you in easily a same day trip to Busch Gardens, Disney, Sea World and even East Coast attractions.
The city of St. Petersburg is large but quaint, safe and attractive full of restaurants, theaters, museums, etc.
Historic Pass-a-Grill is directly across the open water from you and America's best beach, Ft. De Soto is 5 miles away, St. Pete Beach is less than 1 mile.
