Washer/Dryer in the unit. Association pool and jacuzzi are on premises.

Deposits: A reservation deposit of $100 per week for each week of your stay is required within seven (7) days of your reservation. For stays greater then 4 weeks - call for further details.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order
Other Fees: A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100 per week for each week of your stay is required. The deposit will be returned within 60 days of your departure, minus a $75 cleaning fee, as well as any fees for damages, lost keys or pool tags, and any long distances calls. Liability for any damage to the unit or its contents is not limited to the amount of the security deposit.

What a lovely condo! The unit has everything you could ask for. You don't even need to bring beach towels. The location is fabulous and the views from the deck just beautiful, especially the magnificent sunsets. The grounds are immaculate and the pool and hot tub overlooking the water were great. It is a wonderful unit and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. I am looking forward to returning.

Feels like home

We were here in February and March of 2009 and were fortunate enough to return again in 2010. The condo has everything you would want - only need your personal items. The owners are extremely nice and very obliging. The beaches at Fort DeSoto (just 5 minutes from the condo)are beautiful and clean. There is always something to do and nice restaurants locally. The sunsets are gorgeous!

Condo was beautiful, clean and quiet. Beach was fantastic and only 5 minutes away! We went out to dinner every night and had great meals in all the places. The pool was a pleasure and everyone was pleasant. This vacation was the most pleasant and enjoyable one that I have ever experienced.

A nice place to visit and I wouldn't mind living there either. Perfect unit for 2 people. Nice location - near beautiful beaches and alot to do. Condo has everything you need and then some.

beside that wheater was not at the rendey-vous, the appart.was top notch and the neibourhood was very nice. The owners are the best persons you would like to do business with. Good luck.
