Enjoy a great drive along the ocean if you decide to go to Clearwater. Most cities provide weekend entertainment with art shows, music and more. Many excellent restaurants throughout the area.

Vacation Rental Policies

- Check Out: 11 a.m.
- Required Stay: Monthly / Seasonal
- Deposits: $500 deposit to reserve villa will then become your security deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Other Fees: Renter is responsible for all long distance phone calls and the monthly electric bill. All amounts will be deducted from your security deposit. I will supply a copy of the electricity and phone bill and attach them to security deposit check when it is returned. There is an estimated $90 clean-up fee after your stay.
