It is directly on the water with beautiful new furnishings, new appliances(including washer/dryer in unit) and eat-in kitchen. Parking is outside the door.

Our recent 11 week stay was awesome! The villa met all our expectations and we have been a regular leaser for several years now. The grounds are well kept and security is very good. The place inside is well kept and the owners are very kind friends of ours. It's basically a home away from home.....very clean and equipped nicely. The people who live here take pride in their places. They are all very nice to us. We have always lived in an apartment and coming here is a gift. I always feel like its a home I never owned. The two bedrooms are always very neat and clean along with the two bathrooms. The living room is very comfortable. The dining room is lovely with a large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one needs. It also has a washer and dryer room. The place is decorated very nicely. Directly outside the patio is a well kept beautiful swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. It's always checked every morning by the maintence staff and kept very clean. What I really like about our rental is ......it reminds me of a place we went to when I was very young. My parents always took us to the shore every year and we never missed a year! Florida reminds me of all the good times I shared with my parents when I was very young. This has been a blessing to come here from year to year. When I was diagnosed with cancer several years ago , we decided to find a special place to come to every year. We found this villa which is a blessing to us and I am so grateful for everyday of my life. My advice to others would be to enjoy every moment in life. Isla Del Sol is a beautiful area with a fasinating waterfront view. I would not hesitate to return because it's an enlightening experience. I guess the main reason I really like it here is because my parents always took us away every summer for a long vacation and they both worked very hard to save money so that we could go somewhere special. Every day we would go out and take an hour walk outdoors enjoying the awesome ,beautiful palm trees and observing the lovely flowers and birds close by. Come to Isla and expeience what we have experienced over the years. I will always remember our summer getaway and if I had to pick any place in the world to go to, it would be right here at Isla Del Sol. It is indeed Paradise and you will always have such fond memories as we do!
