This spacious 2 Bedroom home boasts panoramic, 360 degree views of the Caribbean from the back, as well as Cancun Bay, from the front. Watch the sunrise from your bedroom window overlooking the Caribbean, and the sunset from the front porch, or enjoy amazing views of the entire island from the rooftop.
This beautiful new construction sits so high some of the locals started calling it Casa Cielo which means House in the Sky. The house sits just south of Isla's downtown, making it a very short walk to the many great restaurants and bars on Isla's main street, Hildago. Infact, it is the 1st rental home outside of downtown, giving you both the serenity of a private villa on the Caribbean, and easy access into town and beautiful North Beach. There is also a sea-promanade which begins at your backdoor and leads into the center of town, winding along the Caribbean...great for walks, jogging, or a bike ride!
Listen to the sounds of the waves right outside your bedroom windows, and awaken to the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. Both bedrooms have extra large windows overlooking the Caribbean, and beautiful glass doors opening to a circular patio overlooking the Caribbean. Each spacious bedroom has two luxurious full size beds which can be connected to create an extra large King.
The immense living area not only opens to the circular patio overlooking the Caribbean, but also to a beautiful front porch which overlooks the Bay of Cancun and it's picturesque sailboats and sunsets.
Although you can easily access all that Isla has to offer by foot or by taxi ($1 fare each way), the home has a full size garage should you choose to rent a golf cart.

Isla Mujeres is a hidden treasure of an island just off the coast of Cancun. It combines the picturesque paradise of a small, safe caribbean island, with easy access to the excitement of Cancun. It's a short 20 min ferry ride from Cancun, and ferrys leave every 30 min.
If your looking for a vacation at a relaxed pace, with friendly english speaking locals, and low key tourists, than Isla Mujeres is for you. There are many wonderful restaurants and local shops, with "just enough" night-life. Isla's Playa Norte (North Beach) is dotted with palapa bars and hammock swings. It's crystal clear tourquise waters are gentle enough for young children. It was rated one of the world's top 10 beaches, as well as being rated the " #1 safest island in the world" by "Island" magazine,(July-Aug 05). Isla Mujeres truely offers the best of both worlds!

Concierge service is included with each rental. Donna Rivera is an experienced rental manager. She will meet you at the ferry, and escort you to Casa Cielo. You will be provided with a local cell phone so she can be available to you for any questions or to arrange golf carts, excursions, fishing trips, etc.
Daily Maid service, chef, salon services, etc. can be arranged for an additional fee.

• Payment Options: Cashier's Check, PayPal
   
• Required Stay: minimum 5 nights, except holliday weeks
   
• Lodging Tax: 12%
   
• Deposits: 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to reservation date. Deposit/Balance is accepted by Online bank transfer, or Cashier's Check in the name of the owner. In the event that money is paid upon arrival, it must be in USD, or the equivalent in pesos...NO Traveler's Checks or Personal Checks accepted.
   
• Other Fees: Summer rates do not include AC. AC surcharge is $15/day per ac unit. Rates upon request for extra nights, additional ammenities such as daily maid service, etc.

We traveled here with our little daughter (1yr), and enjoyed every minute of it. The US family who owns this place has decorated this house very tastefully, and with few neighbors yet close enough to town to walk, you have all the peace to watch ocean, clouds, and sun. The agent was also very helpful, provided additional fresh water, baby crib, high chair. The photos on the website are actually less pretty than this home is in reality, it's nice, spacious and clean, and everything that was promised was there. The time went by in a breeze!
