The apartment was right in the midddle of the beautiful beach at Isla Verde. It was very clean and the people in the neighborhood were very nice. It was not far from the public beach entrance, so we met locals as well as tourist on the beach. I would stay there again.

We recently returned from Oscar's Condo in Isla Verde. It is everything he said it was and more. The view is spectacular and the location is just terrific. It is right on the best beach in San Juan. My wife loved the shopping and the big supermarket just across the street. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Skip the rental car- it is not necessary. Cabs are easy to find or take the bus if you prefer to the old city. We will be back in 2008! Richard and Hannah

We stumbled upon Oscar's ad last minute and he was very easy to get in touch with. The condo was great, a nice, quiet section of the beach. We took a taxi to and from the airport ($10 seems to be the minimum). We did fine without a car and made simple meals with groceries from the store right across the street. The weather was hot and sunny, with a breeze every day to keep us cool.

After much searching on the internet, we happened on this condo and thought immediately, this is the one! After 11 days cruising on the Empress of the Seas we didn't want to fly straight home, but wanted to enjoy a few days ‘just chilling’. The condo was everything it said on the advert. Close to lots of casino hotels, restaurants, shops etc. We hired a car for a couple of days and visited El Yunque rainforest, Old San Juan and, due to getting lost several times, quite a lot of Puerto Rico. The rainforest was fantastic and a ‘must see’. We visited many casinos, ate in lots of restaurants, walked along the pristine beach and, best of all, just sat on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sea late at night. I can’t recommend this place enough. Oscar is brilliant and I got to know him quite well during our email conversations. Nothing was too much trouble. If ever we return to Puerto Rico (will have to win the lottery), we would certainly contact Oscar again. A BRILLIANT PLACE TO STAY. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

My husband, my 2 daughters and myself planned to escape the winter in New York by spending a few days in Puerto Rico. We prefer to rent apartments instead of staying at a hotel as you can be more comfortable, there is more space, we can have breakfast in the room without having to go out early in the morning, and the kids can sleep in their own bedroom. When we started to search for a place to stay, we finally found this condo. It was wonderful. the view was breathtaking (I rose early every morning to have my coffe on the terrace overlooking the beach and watch the sunrise). The building was right on the water. The apartment had everything we needed, plenty of room for the 4 of us, and my daughters were happy they didn't have to share a bed! If we decide to go back to PR, we will definitely contact Oscar to rent from him again.

We rented this apartment for a weak and we enjoyed every minute of this vacation. This apartment is located in a luxurious building in an exclusive neighborhood, very close to the ocean with breathtaking views of the ocean, palm trees, and a wide-angle view of the beach. It is so close to the water that we had the feeling the apartment is directly on the ocean. Across the street is a supermarket and the area is full of good restaurants and 2 casinos, all at a walking distance. We did not feel the need to rent a car. There is a bus station near the apartment and also lots of taxies around for visiting the old city. We liked the apartment, Puerto Rico, and we regretted we did not stay longer. We plan to return to this place, and also… to learn Spanish, just as a sign of appreciation for the beauty of this country and its people.

My family (me, my wife, and two small children) stayed at this condo and had a great time. The apartment is in a luxury high rise right on the beach. The view is great, the apartment has everything you need, and it comes with parking as well. We chose not to rent a car and we did fine--with a supermarket and an excellent restaurant across the street, and taxis available 24 hours a day, it was a great vacation. Highly recommended.
