the apt was very nice. the location was in a wonderful spot..3 or 4 blocks away from the beach, plenty of activities in the area, plenty of police presence an plenty of English speaking people if your not familiar with the laungauge,,the only real problem I had was with the Wi Fy situation, the internet hook up was awful..other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the apt..I am very familiar with the area I lived in the same building for a year before..a lovely swimming pool an a great exercise room om the 2nd floor..

Upon my arrival i was disgusted with the bad smell in the building, Garbage laying in the hallways. The condo itself is super tiny not equipped for 4 adults 2 max the pillows were all stained hair on the ones on bed. Balcony has no ocean view, the AC was not cooling the room, As for the balcony we had trouble opening the door, I am taking Mr Luis Morales to court for refund on top of that they ask if I was Dominican as if my race was the reason i was not satisfied.. Then they claimed i was looking for luxury because I ended up booking another place the day arrived. I don't think renting a clean room and a safe environment is luxury.. His locks were all loose and not safe the apartment has mold and a foul smell.. I would never rent Mr Luis Morales.. I recommend the ESJ Towers its family oriented a very clean place.. I was there for 10 days and it truly felt like I was home.. 6/11/11-6/21/2011 these are the dates i was supposed to be in Mr Morales condo but ended up at EST Towers for 200 more it was truly worth it... I gave it 1 star because I had to in order to submit my complaint but reality it deserve none

It was a cute studio apt but I went with way to many ppl! It's bdrm is separate with a small wall and no door so don't expect any privacy! Alma was a sweetheart and did all she could to accomodate us! Perfect for a couple and 1-2 kids! Just don't ask about the grill by the pool cause they require a 100.00 deposit and 35 just for use! Not worth the effort cause the lady in the administration office was rude and just didn't want to do the paperwork to rent it!

I rented this property based on the pictures and information that the property owner had placed in the add. Unfortuneately this is a big BUYER BEWARE!!!! I rented it for 10days as a birthday gift for my husband who had just had open heart surgery. This property turned out to be a pig sty!! There was dirt everywhere. NO TV service, rusted walls and fixtures in the bathroom. the ceiling fan above the bed had approximately 1/2" of dust and dirt. The air conditioner made various loud noises, the window blinds were broken and would not shut. But that's ok, according to one of the owners all you have to do is shut the hurricane grates. The refrigerator had broken and a stench eminated from inside it that was horrible. I immediately asked for a refund and was told NO. I was assured that all would be taken care of and after five days of constant fighting to get our deposit back and nothing was done about all the problems, we had to cut our vacation short and headed back home. The lady Mrs. ALMA who was caretaking for her son the supposed owner gave me a deposit in the form of a check and then immediately stopped payment before I could cash the check. When I called her back from the bank, she denied having stopped payment but refused call the bank and clear the funds. My husband who is Puerto Rican was embarrased that his own people would defraud unsuspecting travelers in this way. The building admistration said that they constantly get complaints about this property cont..

The place was clean and to stay for that amount of money $ 500.00, it was okay. Right in the middle of everything was the best off all.

Great location, right at the center of everything, resturants, casino and just a few blocks from the beach. Apartment smaller than I expected, suited for a couple and a small child. Balcony faces the parking lot and another apartment building but if the standup against the railing and look to your left you can see the ocean. Alma is really nice and waited for us well past our arrival time because of a flight delay. The complex is very secured and the people I met there are nice.
