Oceanview fully equipped Apartment with parking.If you want to go away and stay in a very clean comfortable apartment with 24hrs security/doorman; pool/ cable tv/ restaurant in same building and from the pool you get to exit to the beach /steps from the building is the ocean /beach and 5 minutes from the main airport; you have found the perfect place to stay for bussineess or for pleasure.Sleeps 4 people comfortable. Clean sheets and towels available.casinos and clubs steps from the building too.many restaurants supermarkets and drugs stores available ;24/7.YOU will love it ;and will come back home once more.Apartment is full ocean view from any room/building is on the beach of Isla Verde next to Hotel San Juan and Intercontinental.Children more than welcome.Fully equipp kitchen in case you want to prepare your own meals.Building is very quiet and have an administrative office during the day .Washer and drier in each floor .(14 floors 3 elevators)

Tuouristict area .walking the beach every morning or running swimming and practicing water sports is a very common .At night get dress and fine restaurants are waiting for you to enjoy great dinning.Casinos and night clubs /night bigins on wed and "stops" on sundays.Many other atractions like old SanJuan Rain Forest or other atractions waiting for you....Come down to Puerto Rico;you will have a great time......

My name is Evelyn Dean and I stay at this cozy apt for the past 3 years; because is like home away from home. Very clean ; full ocean front and everthing you need is to your reach as soon as you step out off the apartment. Security superrrr.and the beach excelent...I love it you will love it too.....
