This beautiful breath taking apartment is your home away from home,located in Isla Verde Ave.This two bedroom apartment is on the 11th floor,with a view of the beatiful mountains, the Lagoon and city views.The living room has a Regular sofa,plus a full size futon sofa bed, TV, Stereo and DVD player .The full kitchen has all the culinary necessities you may need . It has an olympic size swimming pool with a kiddy pool adjacent to it. You could enjoy your personal BBQ get together in the courtyard. It is a beach front complex,with a private entrance to the beach. Also has a exercise room with steam room.It includes your private parking stop with a remote entry system.

It is seven minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin Airport
(San Juan), near the major Hotel /Casinos and general shopping area.You could find from the most authentic Puertorican food to the fast food restaurant we're all accustomed to,within walking distance.Your are 10 minutes

I RECCOMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A SHORT/LONG STAY. THE BUILDING IS CLEAN, SAFE AND HAVE SECURITY FOR 24 HOURS. YOU HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, TRANSPORTATION, ENTERTAIMENT ETC. I WILL STAY HERE NEXT TIME I GO TO PUERTO RICO. "THE OWNER IS VERY PLEASANT".
