Description of the Isla Verde vacation apartment rental

This beautiful, non- smoking apartment is your home away from home, located in Isla Verde Ave, home of many hotels /casinos clubs /bars and restaurant is 10 minutes rides from the Luis Munoz Marin Airport. This Ocean front apartment is on the 11th floor offers a panoramic view of the city from the balcony. The master room has a queen size bed. a large closet and a 9 drawer vanity/ chest for your comfort .The apartment has central air condition in addition to ceiling fans in the bedrooms for those humid days. It can sleep 3 people comfortably. The living room has sofa, futon sofa, and is fully equipped with LCD TV with Cable Channels, Stereo, DVD player and Internet service (bring your laptop).The full equipped kitchen has all the appliances you may need to make your stay very comfortable .The Laundromat room is located in the first floor for you convenient.The condominium has a full size swimming pool, and basketball / tennis court, playground, BBQ area, direct access to the beach using gated key entrance and 24 hour doorman/ security guard. You will have access with a remote entry system to an exclusive parking space. Sleeps 3 persons comfortably.

Area Information

The condominium is within walking distant to the major Hotel /Casinos.such as El San Juan. Intercontinental Hotel and shopping area . You could find from the most authentic Puertorrican food to the fast food restaurant we're all accustomed to, within walking distance.Your are 10 minutes by car front El Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan City.
You can rent a car (I recommended Charlie Car Rental - convenient location in front of Marbella with good daily rates) to go to near attractions like Pinones / Loiza . El Yunque Rainforest, Luquillo Beaches. Fajardo, The Bacardi Rum Distiller (Cataño ),The Bioluminescent Bay (Fajardo) among others attraction in Puerto Rico.
You may book a Tour in a nearby Hotel such as El Hotel San Juan . If you preferred you can stay local and take public transportation along Isla Verde Ave for cent to San Juan (#53 Bus) or take a taxi cab for less than $ dollars .
Jet Skiing, parasailing, banana boating, Kayaking are available on the beach a quarter-mile from the condominium. in front El San Juan Casino Hotel Others recreational activities like, boating, fishing, sailing, golfing will be found nearby towns.

My stay was amazing beautiful apartment very countable I travel with my son and he love the place big pool and the beach everything was perfect the apartment breath taking super big I was in love with the place Everything was close I recommend this place to all my friend and family I hope the next time their I visit Puerto Rico stay in the same place. We were all pleased with the condo, everything was clean, well furnished, and we felt right at home. It's not 5 stars for super luxury, but for cleanliness, location, and overall we felt very much at home. It feels like you're inhabiting a friend's apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. The location could not be better, the property is right on the beach, there is underground parking, and many things are in walking distance. 24 hour Walgreens across the street. Miguel and his family were friendly and genuine. Thanks for everything! I hope I can return soon!

Great Location right on Isla Verde Beach

Family of 4 comfortable in 11th story condo right located right on Isla Verde Beach. Unit faced City of San Juan, with easy access to clean pool and gorgeous beach. Close access to Walgreens, restaurants, casinos, Charlie Car Rental, and bus line for sightseeing, especially Old San Juan. 24 hour security. Also easy access to and from airport.

I Reccomend This Condo To Anybody Looking For A Short/long Stay. The Building Is Clean, Safe And Have Security For 24 Hours. You Have Access To Restaurants, Transportation, Entertaiment Etc. I Will Stay Here Next Time I Go To Puerto Rico. "the Owner Is Very Pleasant".
