Este apartamento es bien bonito , limpio, y bien seguro para uno estar tranquilo en Familia. A mi me gusto todo el apartmento ,tiene el equipo para todas las necesidades diaria. La picina muy bonita y limpia. Tambien tiene estacionaminto privado y para visitantes. Esta bien centrico para ir a comer, sitios para bailar, la playa, todos esta cerca. Yo pinso ir de nuevo para PR y ya tengo mis dias resevado ente lindo apartmento. Le doy las Gracias a Carmen por que me dio la Welcome cuando llegue a PR 2011 fue muy simpatica y me ayudo con mi equipaje. Asi que le recormiendo este lujoso apartmento a todos el mundo. Great Place to stay

I loved this condo it was close to everything and very clean. I came to san juan to hang for the memorial day weekend events and not break the bank to do it. I couldn't have picked a better spot to stay. I was able to buy groceries and reheat leftovers. Appliances are all state of the arts. I loved every minute of it. My only issue with the place is the stairs. I love to party and walking up and down those stairs in heels was murder on my calfs lol but i did it so don't let that deter you from staying. The owner and her daughter were friendly and very accomadating. If I go to san juan again I will be staying there again. I just have to prepart myself for the stairs lolol.

The perfect place for a week stay!

This 3rd floor apartment is very clean, large and nicely equipped with a very comfortable bed. There is no elevator, but we did not need it. Lots of space for your personal things and a very well equipped kitchen. You even get a washer & dryer! Parking is assigned, but close enough to the building. There are also visitor parking spots available. You don't need to bring anything other than the clothes you'll wear and your food if you want to cook, but know that you are within walking distance to at least 10 restaurants, Casinos, Dance Clubs, Bars, etc. The owner is very attentive and even called half-way through our vacation to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was up to our standards. The price was very fair for the space and location. It is literally across the street from one of Isla Verde's best beaches and it's centric location makes it perfect for going just about anywhere. You are literally 5 minutes from the International Airport, Shopping Malls, Etc. If you will be staying in Puerto Rico for a week or more, I recommend this place.

We, husband and I, really enjoy staying on this property. The apartment was roomy, confortable, and has all necessary amenities and equipment. the complex is very safe ated and with security guard on premise. The beach, casino, and night club are within walking distance. Also, supermarket, pharmacy, and a large variety of restaurants available in the area. I had always stayed in hotels whenever I visit the island (very often) and this time decided to stay in an apartment. It was wonderful to have a kitchen available. I will defenitely stay on it again.

A Definite Home Away From Home -Un Encanto

What can I say? This is definitely a diamond amongst concrete. First of all, Linda and Lydia are truly a delightful team. They kept their word in every sense from the time of my reservation, arrival, tour of apartment, needs, and departure. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, roomy, and I felt like I was truly home. Everything is so conveniently close (shopping, drug store, beach, groceries, and fast food). The location is fabulous and the neighborhood is safe. Linda and Lydia made me feel like I was part of the family. Let me tell you I'm picky very picky about cleanliness, but this place blew me out of the water. I have plenty of family in P.R. with room, but I refused to be away from my little "nido." "Nest" I'm contemplating staying there again. You can't beat the price, location, and comfort of this apartment. Grab it people! Take my word for it. This review is coming from a pain in the neck New Yorker! You won't regret staying here. Reservenlo gente!No se van arrepentir!!

This is one of the most safest places you will be at in puerto rico... linda the owner was very helpful with providing everything you need it to know, in a heartbeat just a phone call away to be exact..this place was everything that was mention in the add plus a whole lot more, carmen linda's daughter came out of her way just to cater to our needs, all in all this is a home away from home in a peaceful environment i will recommend this to any one looking to vacation in the beautiful island of puerto rico...thank you linda and carmen for making my stay out in Puerto rico a peace of mind...muchas gracias

Lissette Vega& George Cruz Upon arrival I found the rental agent's daughter to be extremely friendly, gracious and helpful. Apartment was immaculate - clean, clean, clean. Everything was as pictured, no hidden surprises. Anything I asked for was granted. Linda who rented this apartment to us gets our sincere appreciation for everything she and her lovely daughter did during our time spent at the apartment. We would rent from her again in a heartbeat.I will recomend this place to everyone. also the place has 24hr security. Also has a nice cozy pool.
