The condo is located on the 15th floor with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Watch lighted crusie liners plow the ocean ways at night. The beach is very clean and wide spread with lots of room to lounge. The only dissapointment to this condo is the bed is a double with only on ematress and no box spring...very uncomfrotable. The young lady that greets you upon arrival is extemely friendlly and helpful. Safe and secure building in a well traveled area, close to many restauarants.

We are a couple and stayed in the apartment for 4 days. Everything was just as described in the advertisement and the previous 5-star review. The view of the ocean is spectacular through a huge window. The beach is just a step away from the exit. There is even a protected area of the beach (to the left) for those who want to avoid the waves. The apartment is very beautifully and comfortably arranged with all the amenities listed (A/C, internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen, etc..). Dealing with rental arrangements was made extremely convenient and the owner went out of her way to be helpful.

We rented this condo for 7 nights and it was so easy to book with Diane on this property. Diane was so patient, kind, warm and easy to talk to and can be reached by phone and emails throughout the whole process. The condo is located on the western end of Isla Verde beach, much more quiet, less tourists staying here and more of the locals and families during the weekend. We love it. It's a short walk on the beach to the heart of Isla Verde hotels zone/beach. The condo was very clean, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and bathroom with a tub. The condo was very spacious for 2 people, wireless internet, cable TV and a very large sliding window allowing you to see the western and eastern ends of Isla Verde Beach and of course enjoying the wonderful ocean breeze. We had beachfront view 180 degrees in both directions. The building has security and a reserved parking space in the basement, which was great since we rented a car for the week. There is a 24-hour supermarket 3 minutes walk away and several restaurants right across the street. Short distant drive to any place in San Juan and 15 minutes to Old San Juan. Thank you, Diane for making this one of our best vacations, we love your property and would rent again the next time we are back in Puerto Rico.
