San Juan Vacation Condo on the Isla Verde Beach (#24293)

Write a review We stayed for a week Wednesday to Wednesday. We had a rental car for the week. Ruth met us when we arrived and was very helpful. The room was small but clean & provided everything we needed, if it didn't have it all I had to do was call Ruth & she would try to provide it. The pool area is nice and had room to hang out with out all the crowd that the big hotels have. I recommend if you are renting a car to stick to a compact. Parking spaces are small & limited BUT this goes for ALL of Puerto Rico! It does not have direct access to the beach but the access is only a block away. Well worth the savings. It is also a very secure building that requires keys to get in all the building doors and parking. This was the best vacation i had. We arrived to P.R., and 10 minutes later we were at this condo, using the public transportation. The place was clean, and beautiful and quiet. Ruth was an excellent hostess and guided us thru everything. Towels and blankets provided! The beach was two blocks from the condo, the buses were available right around the corner, a rental car center was right in front of our building. the area was safe and the people were amazing! We visited a few other Hotels around there, and were all beautiful. Ruth it's amazing, and really appreciate her cordiality and generosity! We are certainly planning to go back to this condo, and even my family in Puerto Rico are going to give her a call! Very good, Ruth! Keep up the good work! A beautiful accomodation where to spend the vacations.The room they are clean and endowed with conditioned air, tv, kitchen, refrigerator. .... Everything as described in the description. Ruth Toledo is kind and in hand for every problem.The position is next to supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, rental car, beach.L' airport is next to 5 minutes of distance with the car.We recommend this location for your vacation.Next year of I hope to return us.Inexpensive and safe. The best for the money. A wonderful place to stay and very good for the money. Casinos, supermarket, walgreens, beach, fast food restaurants, easy access to the #5 bus that takes you to Old San Juan. Ruth Toledo is a great person, she was so very helpful and kind. Very informative. She even gave us a ride to the airport when it was time to leave. The studio itself was clean and had linens, micro, coffee maker, toaster and hair blower alo an iron. Cable tv, dishes pots and pans even 2 beach chairs. I will higly recommend it to others and will return next year. Very well worth the money. This is a great rental for the budget conscious. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. We always felt safe and there are tons of things to do very close - (great location!). Ruth was great, very accomodating and helpful. This rental went off very smoothly with no surprises. This was a nice place to stay (we only slept and showered and were gone most of the other time - so much to do in PR)I would definantly stay here again when visiting the Isla Verde area. My friend and I enjoyed our stay in this studio. The size and location were perfect. A very short walk to the beach and San Juan's finest hotels and casinos. Inexpensive and safe. Our host is amazing! She even gave us a ride to the airport. We will be back!
