Great Vacation

We were a party of 7. My Mother, Brother, Daughter with her Husband and Daughter, My Husband and Myself. We all had our privacy. Everything was close by. We would have liked to use the pool more, but we all went there for my other brothers wedding. It's a very nice place and parking is near by and the pools are wonderful.

Very Resonable priced and Covenient

I stayed with my family, a total of 7 persons at this condo. 3 of person were in their 70's my aunt, uncle, and mother in law. Place was on first floor and parking was just in front of condo entrance of apartment. The fully equipped kitchen was great for preparing breakfast and the washer and dryer in the kitchen turned out to be a great convenience. We all came home with no need to wash clothes. The air conditioner in master bedroom is the only thing that I had an issue with since it is placed directly near the bed so it hits your back. I wound up sleeping on Futon instead which was very comfortable. I would rent again in the event I have 8 people to vacation with. Was very convenient to get in and out of also on our trips to Ponce, El Yungue, and Fajardo beach. The condo was also gated with 24 hour security. Jay was very sweet and responsive with any questions we had.

We had a party of 4. My husband and I, my son and my girlfriend. We all had a great time. The condo was very comfortable we all had our own privacy. The location was easily accessible. The guards were very nice. Jay is a sweetheart very warm and professional. The only thing that we did not like very much was the air conditioner in the master bedroom. A bit old and it did not cool enough. Also it is located in a place where it hits you directly in the face. A bit uncomfortable. Overall everything and everyone was wonderful. A GREAT TIME AND GREAT VACATION.

Looking for a lovely vacation rental in Puerto Rico?....don't pass this one. My family of 8 stayed here and we had a fantastic time! It's near to the beach, to the shopping areas, pharmacy, supermarket...you just can't ask for a better spot and a better place! Jay is a wonderful owner and she did everything possible to make our stay comfortable which it was. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks again Jay!!

I stayed with a group of 5 adult men, and everyone was very comfortable. Much to my suprise the location was very spacious. All the ameneties were as listed. Jay was a joy to do business with. I would recomend this location to all parties, and look foward to our next stay there.

My party of 4 and I stayed there from feb.7th in the morning until feb. 11 in the morning. We were amazed with the condo, it was very nice, everything was just as it was said, it defenly made it a great vacation home,the landlord was great, the security guards were great and proffesional, the apartment was beautiful, & the proce was great.Every bedroom have AC as well ;) it made it a happy vacation, i highly recommended a whole lot........ thanx again JAY you kept your word......will defenly be back next month........
