Beautiful Puerto Rico Condo in Tourist Area (#37924)

Write a review My cousin was getting married and they chose Puerto Rico as the location. Finding a place for 6 people to stay was a task that was left to me. I searched the web and was very suspicious of all the places that I saw. Additionally the thought of renting from someone that you've never met or had any prior knowledge of was a little frightening for me. After talking with the owner, I felt a little more comfortable. My family and I were Wonderfully Surprised when we arrived in Puerto Rico at the La Mancha. The condo is great! It's clean, well kept, spacious and extremely comfortable. We were able to cook at home as well as eat out which was extremely helpful. We were close to everything and getting around was not a problem. Walter was great! He was extremely helpful and very accomadating. We thoroughly enjoy our stay!!! I would highly recommend stayng at La Mancha I'm already making plans for my next visit to Puerto Rico and staying at La Mancha. The wedding was great and I'm glad we were able to be there to share that special itme with our family. Thank you Walter. By some stroke of luck I found this condo on line since I travel with my 3 kids and mom-in-law and wife all 6 of us need a comfortable place to stay without renting 2 hotel rooms so this was perfect. Not only could we all stay in one apartment but we had the kitchen and living room, it was like home. Let me tell you about this lovely condo... Total security, close to the beach, large pool, spacious, clean, well furnished, and most importantly well air conditioned. It has everything you will need to feel like your at home. The building was so quiet at times it felt as if we were the only ones in it. For your vacation you will feel like you live near the beach, I can't say enough about this place. Security guards are pleasant everyone in the building greats you like they have known you for years, parking under the building if you rent a car (no real need to rent one). As you can see I loved it. And if you compare prices in the neighborhood you can't beat it. Now go reserve and have fun. Spacious well decorated condo, with air conditioning in every room. It is close to the airport, beach, many eating places & the grocery store. We felt very comfortable & safe staying here. The pool & little playground area kept our two little boys happy & they are anxious to return soon. We definetely recommend this place! This place made our stay relaxing & enjoyable! My friends and I stayed in the condo for 5 nights and loved it. It's spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved having a kitchen, queen sized beds, big closets, and 2 bathrooms. There is no point in spending more to be at the luxury hotels across the street. The location of the condo is perfect- directly across the street from the san juan hotel that has a casino and great live music most nights.. it's the best place to party at night. The beach is a 3 minute walk away (directly behind the hotels across the street). I visited San Juan, PR with a few of my girlfriends March 5-9, 2009. La Mancha was in a great location; the beach was like a hop, skip and a jump away; there were nice restaurants up and down our street (informal like subway/burger king to formal like chilis/ruth steakhouse), there was a taxi stop like literally right across the street. There were many nice clubs, and activities like pool hall and CASINOS right across the street. And the condo itself was really nice,very very clean and comfy; made me feel at home. Its a very spacious 3 bedroom home, with a big queen size bed in all three,a nice size kitchen,a and a great living room area if you dont wanna be in the room the whole time. I definitely recommend this condo over hotels to those traveling with a big family, or big group of friends, you won't regret it. I was very pleased with the help the owner gave us and advice on the things to do because this was our first time there. OVERALL GREAT PLACE!!! Just came back from San Juan Vacation with my wife and two adult sons and their girlfriends. This condo is perfectly located to provide easy access to the beach, the great restaurants, and the casinos of Isla Verde. Having been to Isla Verde before, we did not rent a car to go sightseeing and we did not need one for anything else. The El San Juan and Intercontinental hotels are across the street, the 2 mile long beach and a large modern supermarket are a short walk away. Both the condo and the building are clean and well maintained. The people at the entry are friendly and helpful. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Can't wait for next year! Very nicely decorated, spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed the 3 queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful furnature, friendly guards & garage parking.
