The condo exceeded my expectations. John (the owner) was extremely accomadating. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It was very spacious and well kept. This place is very clean and centrally located access to everything. Nicely kept. The beach is 2 blocks away. It is right across Intercontinental and El San Juan hotels. We loved our stay. Tip: If you need to enjoy beach go at Ritz Carlton the water is calmer and cleaner

Great Condo for Families

Just rented this condo for a destination wedding/vacation. It was truly a great find. The condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and well maintained. It is so close to everything such as all the big resort hotels, restaurants, beach, stores and the airport. The owner is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay again and I would highly recommend it to friends, relatives or anyone who is visiting/vacationing in PR.

We had a great time on our trip. There were 2 couples and the condo was perfect. It was spacious and decorated nicely. There was a security gate and covered assigned parking. It is in a great location, easy to get to the beach, grocery store and even Walgreens. Walter, the owner, was great. I had to email him about the wi-fi and he got back to me immediately. Even though we did not use the pool we did go down and look at it and it was very nice. It is close to the airport but you do not hear the planes, but you can sit on the balcony and watch them come in. It was really cool!. I would go back and stay in the same place.

I stayed here with my family recently from sep 13-18 2012. When we arrived the housekeep Isis was waiting for us and gave us a tour around the condo and the propert. She was a very nice women and made us feel at home. Walking into the condo was breath taking!! The condo was well kept and spotless. The views are more then what you can ask for and the pool and laundry roo, and tennis court where also very clean and well kept. This property is located right in the middle of everything. 5 minutes away from the airport, rent a car centers and beaches, resturants and shopping centers. If you don't want to travel outside from where you are staying then this is the place!!! The building is gated and has guards on the grounds 24 hours a day. We felt really safe there. The beach which is right a cross the street offer all the water sports you can imagine and they are very kind people. Walter the owner of the condo was a pleasure to deal with. He was always avilable to answer any question and even provided more information without any request. He has a lovly book in the condo of places he loves to go to when he stays there with his family. The San Juan Hotel and Casino is directly cross the street and is a lovely place to go to, to have a nice night out without have to travel a long distance. My Fiance and I are planning on going back for our honeymoon and would like to stay longer then a week. I would never recommand anything or place to anyone if I didn't love it 100% but this place I would recommand to everyone!!!! Walter was always available to answer any questions, very organized, dependable. The condo was very clean, well decorated, with comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. Clean linens and towels were plentiful. Overall a great experience for our family.

I just returned from a wonderful Mother's Day week long celebration with my mother and sisters who traveled from California. I had been to Puerto Rico several times for work but hadn't actually done all the touristy things. My family had never been and staying at Condominio La Mancha was just perfect. We walked to the beach, took the kids to the pool, ventured on to nightlife across the street at all the hotels and it was a close cab ride away from Old San Juan and Plaza de las Americas for shopping. I can't say enough great things about condo. It was beautiful, clean and it fit all our needs. We had a great time.

Family Vacation

My sister’s family and I try to do at least one vacation together a year. We always look for condos so we can stay together. Hotel rooms are not the same. Since my niece and at least one of her friends always go, it is especially nice to have a full kitchen. They can eat constantly. The La Mancha Condo was a great. The three bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. There is also free, gated parking. The owner, Walter is very nice and we had no problems at all. There are many restaurants and 4 hotel-casinos within walking distance. Very nice pool area for soaking up sun, laundry facilities, and 24 security. Several public beach accesses right across the road. Large, well stocked grocery store just around the corner and Walgreens down the block. Cab stand directly across the street. 5mins to airport 15-20 into Old San Juan. Shop to book tours (way better prices than through hotels) less than 2 blocks. Would love to go back, but for 2 weeks next time.

Great Vacation Getaway

After staying at this wonderful condo for two weeks, we would not hesitate to recommend it. The condo is very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. There are so many pluses to staying here such as a beautiful deck to sit and enjoy the view, most comfortable beds and living room furniture and a large dining room table to play games at. La Mancha staff and residents were friendly and very helpful. This is one of the most beautiful areas in Isla Verde and we always felt very safe, even when walking later at night. The beach is close by and clean, sandy and rock free. We used public transit to travel to and from Old San Juan (buses T5&T53--$.75 & Sr.$.35)which do take longer than a taxi but are a lot of fun and we did meet many very nice people on the bus. A lot of people seemed to know about La Manche Condos and spoke highly of it. Having the availability to do laundry there was very convenient as well. We were very happy to meet Walter and his family while there. This condo helped make our vacation one that we will remember for many years to come.

This unit was very clean. I went with a couple of girlfriends for a girls trip. It was located across from the Waldorf Astoria and the Intercontinental hotels. This was a great night spot for people in their 20s and 30s. The weather was great!

We stayed at La Mancha Condos before leaving for a Caribbean Cruise. The Condo is exactly like the pictures, close to the beach, casino, grocery store, restaurants and has friendly employees. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Having a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms was a plus for us. The three bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Having access to a laundry was great! The pool area is clean and large, fun for the whole family down to our 3 yr old granddaughter. The free parking garage was a huge bonus. The owner is a really nice man and was easy to deal with. I would recommend this Condo to all my friends and family who want to stay in a home away from home. The Jones Family

My family of five stayed in this condo during the Easter break. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, comfortable and very spacious with a huge master bedroom with full bathroom ensuite. Each bedroom has so much storage space. There is a fully equipped kitchen so I was able to cook for my family. The spaciousness of the condo was my favorite aspect. The location is superb, minutes from the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc. This condo is a home away from home. The owner Walter is a phone call away with any questions you may have at all times. We plan to visit again!

Centrally Located and Well Appointed Property

Condo is in a large well kept building right on the main avenue in Isla Verde, 5 minutes east of Condado by car/cab and 10 minutes or so from Old San Juan. All amenities, including a Pueblo grocery store, coffee shops, bars/restaurants, are within walking distance and for trips to other areas cabs are easily available. We had a rental, about $30/day at the Thrifty Car rental off airport, and on the first day in San Juan went to the Costco, also in Carolina. It is approximately 3 miles away and we were able to buy provisions for meals during the week, as well as water/beer&wine/soda at significant discount compared to other local stores. There is public beach access across the street half a block west of the condo, hotels across the street (Intercontinental & El San Juan) also have access via the pools on property. Overall a great location and clean well kept unit, newer furniture, functional kitchen, recently remodeled bathrooms, and plenty of clean linens/bath towels. The process of completing the contracts and other particulars related to the rental went off without any problems, the owner was very professional all along the way.

29th Anniversary

My husband and I plus two other couples visited San Juan to celebrate our 29th anniversary. As first time visitors to Puerto Rico we wanted our stay to be comfortable and convenient. First I would like to thank Walter for providing a condo that made us feel as if we were in our very own home. It was very close to the stores and restaurants, but most of all we felt safe and his description of the condo was very accurate. As a matter of fact we all were very pleased with the accommodation and if we were to visit San Juan again that we would definitely want to stay in Walter’s condo. A Home Away From Home

After pricing many hotel rooms, my family and I stayed at La Mancha for the holidays. A lot of people simply are not aware that staying at this condo offers a much better option than an expensive hotel. La Mancha gives you the feeling of a home away from home. I particularly loved the full size kitchen where we were able to keep many snacks and drinks and even cook dinner on occasions. The rooms are spacious and having the two bathrooms for privacy was great. We were provided with sufficient extra linens and towels and everything was very neat and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool on a daily basis and walking across the street to the beach and casinos was a big plus! There was 24 hr. security and 24 hr. taxi service to take us to Old San Juan or any other place of interest. I highly recommend La Mancha as a home away from home vacation spot!

Perfect for families

We spent a week at this condo with our three boys. It was perfect. We used the pool and tennis courts every morning. The tennis courts are in the shade which is nice when it is so hot. The condo is next to every thing. The beach was down the street, too many restaurants to mention, a supermarket, casinos, every thing possible was just a walk away. The condo itself was clean, well maintained and very tastefully decorated.

Wonderful Surprise

My cousin was getting married and they chose Puerto Rico as the location. Finding a place for 6 people to stay was a task that was left to me. I searched the web and was very suspicious of all the places that I saw. Additionally the thought of renting from someone that you've never met or had any prior knowledge of was a little frightening for me. After talking with the owner, I felt a little more comfortable. My family and I were Wonderfully Surprised when we arrived in Puerto Rico at the La Mancha. The condo is great! It's clean, well kept, spacious and extremely comfortable. We were able to cook at home as well as eat out which was extremely helpful. We were close to everything and getting around was not a problem. Walter was great! He was extremely helpful and very accomadating. We thoroughly enjoy our stay!!! I would highly recommend stayng at La Mancha I'm already making plans for my next visit to Puerto Rico and staying at La Mancha. The wedding was great and I'm glad we were able to be there to share that special itme with our family. Thank you Walter.

Great Place To Stay With The Family

By some stroke of luck I found this condo on line since I travel with my 3 kids and mom-in-law and wife all 6 of us need a comfortable place to stay without renting 2 hotel rooms so this was perfect. Not only could we all stay in one apartment but we had the kitchen and living room, it was like home. Let me tell you about this lovely condo... Total security, close to the beach, large pool, spacious, clean, well furnished, and most importantly well air conditioned. It has everything you will need to feel like your at home. The building was so quiet at times it felt as if we were the only ones in it. For your vacation you will feel like you live near the beach, I can't say enough about this place. Security guards are pleasant everyone in the building greats you like they have known you for years, parking under the building if you rent a car (no real need to rent one). As you can see I loved it. And if you compare prices in the neighborhood you can't beat it. Now go reserve and have fun.

Spacious well decorated condo, with air conditioning in every room. It is close to the airport, beach, many eating places & the grocery store. We felt very comfortable & safe staying here. The pool & little playground area kept our two little boys happy & they are anxious to return soon. We definetely recommend this place! This place made our stay relaxing & enjoyable!

My friends and I stayed in the condo for 5 nights and loved it. It's spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved having a kitchen, queen sized beds, big closets, and 2 bathrooms. There is no point in spending more to be at the luxury hotels across the street. The location of the condo is perfect- directly across the street from the san juan hotel that has a casino and great live music most nights.. it's the best place to party at night. The beach is a 3 minute walk away (directly behind the hotels across the street).

I visited San Juan, PR with a few of my girlfriends March 5-9, 2009. La Mancha was in a great location; the beach was like a hop, skip and a jump away; there were nice restaurants up and down our street (informal like subway/burger king to formal like chilis/ruth steakhouse), there was a taxi stop like literally right across the street. There were many nice clubs, and activities like pool hall and CASINOS right across the street. And the condo itself was really nice,very very clean and comfy; made me feel at home. Its a very spacious 3 bedroom home, with a big queen size bed in all three,a nice size kitchen,a and a great living room area if you dont wanna be in the room the whole time. I definitely recommend this condo over hotels to those traveling with a big family, or big group of friends, you won't regret it. I was very pleased with the help the owner gave us and advice on the things to do because this was our first time there. OVERALL GREAT PLACE!!!

This condo is perfectly located to provide easy access to the beach, the great restaurants, and the casinos of Isla Verde. Having been to Isla Verde before, we did not rent a car to go sightseeing and we did not need one for anything else. The El San Juan and Intercontinental hotels are across the street, the 2 mile long beach and a large modern supermarket are a short walk away. Both the condo and the building are clean and well maintained. The people at the entry are friendly and helpful. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Can't wait for next year!

Very nicely decorated, spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed the 3 queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, beautiful furnature, friendly guards & garage parking.
