Area Description
The area is a premiere beach neighborhood in Puerto Rico .
It is very common to see many active people about . Our street is along a popular route for cyclists . It connects two
popular touristic strips . We have the best of both worlds when it comes to beach access and shopping . At the same time
the area is family oriented for we are off of the main route for motorists and any vehichles driving down our street are fully aware of the 10mph speed limit and speed bumps on our street.Our pool/shower downstairs is very well maintained and quite inviting(which i use to rinse the beach sand off before i go upstairs)I also find myself stopping at the orgaic eatery to power up after my daily surf session. We are half way between the El San Juan casino and La Concha (btwn Candado and Islaverde).
Dont forget to bring your own snorkel gear , no need for any pricey guided snorkel tours here. All of the almost all of the local beaches are surrounded by reefs that are bustling with tropical sealife. The optimimal time is when the wind is calm(for transparent water)
