Waterfront, high rise, beautiful, fully furnished condo at the ESJ Towers located in Isla Verde. Isla Verde is a tourist area in which one of the most beautiful beach of Puerto Rico is located. The condo is located next to the San Juan Hotel Casino at just 5 minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The condo features facilities and amenities similar to any luxury hotel. The facilities includes amenities like Olympic size swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar, billiard room, game room, wireless internet, convenient store, business center, sauna ,jacuzzi, direct access to the beach.

Area Information

Isla Verde is an area of beachfront to enjoy the most beutiful beaches in the caribbean. It is surrouded by many restaurants that offers a variety of local and international cuisine. A lot of bars and night clubs surround you if you want to dance the night away. It is close to the Caribbean National Forest Botanical Gardens,and the Old San Juan as well many others attractions.

The comforts of home with a 4 star hotel feel!

A very good deal if traveling alone, in a couple, or with family and children. SJT has the amenities of a hotel with the comforts of home. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Easy access to the beach was very convenient and the level of security to enter and exit the premises was excellent. Would highly recommend it .

This is my first vacation in San Juan and the hotel is very confortable and look very nice.The pool always are clean and the beach are beatiful.We travel in the bus ,rent jet sky ,play ping pong and billar and game bingo all days.I want to repeat again and recoment this hotel to my friends.

Isla Verde Condo

The condo we rented for a week at the ESJ Towers was great. It is easy to get onto the beach because the building is right along the shoreline. All you need to do is go through the gate to enjoy the sand and surf. The ESJ has a large pool and you can get soda, snacks, etc. right there. The ESJ Towers is near restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay on Isla Verde!

Excellent Vacation Property

I was elated when I walked into this 2 bedroom condo in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. It was super clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean which I was able to enjoy every morning with my coffee. The condo was furnished with games, cards, movies, beach toys plently of towels and linens and even a cooler for the beach. We also left a styrofoam cooler for whomever utilizes the condo next. I've stayed at ESJ towers before and enjoy the privacy but this condo was the best! We enjoyed the kitchen and coffee maker tremendously! We can't wait to go there again! Laura J

Wonderful condo

This condo was great. It had all the ammenities that a hotel has - restaurant, gym, pool, beach, conceirge and small mini store on site. It was very conveniently located. Expensive hotel next door where we went for the casinos. We also spent a few hours at their pool. The pool at ESJ Towers is nice and the beach is great. You can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach. We took the bus $.75 each way into San Juan but it was a long trip - about 45 mins not including what we had to wait. There is no schedule so you have to wait. I think a cab was about $20. I would definately stay in this unit again. You can't beat the price for what you get.
