Description of the Isla Verde vacation condo rental

This is a very nice corner apartment in a very secure condo. Completely gated. No street crossing to water. It is situated on the beach! Balcony facing the ocean, beach view even from kitchen!

We provide beach chairs, beach towels.

One bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan plus AC. there is a roll away available. the other bedroom has 2 twin beds . There are also 2 rollaway extras beds. It has also AC, We bring new towels and cotton sheets every few months.

A big table with 6 chairs and also 3 stools on the kitchen counter. Big kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Sofa, cable tv, ice cooler.

There is a designated parking space underground for use. It is very near all the mayor places of interes, like Old San Juan, El Morro, Plaza Las Americas Shopping Center, Canovanas Outlets, Bacardi Rum, Rainforest, Golf. 5 minutes from airport.

Area Information

This small condo is situated in the middle of the luxury hotels in Isla Verde Beach. Walking distance to hotels, casinos, banks, shops, restaurants, pubs, drugstore. You don't need a car to enjoy your vacation!

Great Ocean View!

Gorgeous sunrise and sunset right from the balcony overlooking the water. Te beach is right there! We loved being able to walk to great restaurants and hotels. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and in a safe building.

We stayed in this apt. and we were very satisfied. The apt. is very confortable and the view from the balcony is spectacular..You are right on the beach! It is close to the Hotels in the Isla Verde area if you want to go out for dinner or enjoy the nightlife. Go to the Beach bar at the Intercontinental Hotel, it is about 4 minutes walking (in the beach). The serve the best Mojitos and food is awesome! I would definetly be back! Thanks Josie!

Josie, I have had trouble posting my review of your rental but your other rental reviewer said that I could send my review to you and you could post it directly. So, here it is:

Our family had a lovely time at this rental. The facilities were clean, comfortable, attractive, kid-friendly, and allowed us to cook our own meals. This apartment was on an upper floor of a tall building, so we got a good breeze. The condo building had a pool, and also direct access to the beach. There were three layers of security: grounds, building, and apartment. We had a dedicated, indoor parking space. An on-site contact was available if we had a problem, but we did not have any problems.

The location was excellent for our family. We were next to the beach, and could get to Old San Juan in 20 or 30 minutes by car or bus. The building was on a quiet street, with nearby good-quality restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood was near both the airport and the highway, so it was easy for us to travel around the island. We definitely would return to this rental.

We had a wonderful vacation at Reina del Mar 18D from Dec 23-28, 2009. The view of the beach and the ocean was spectacular. We had a constant breeze flowing through the apartment. The apartment had a master bedroom and the other bedroom had twin beds, both with AC. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed with plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully equipped and the entire apartment was well kept and comfortable. One can easily walk to the hotels and many restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Don JosÃ©'s Restaurant nearby and highly recommend their mofongo. We always rent a car when we go to Puerto Rico and having our own parking spot underground was very convenient. The area was safe and quiet except for the beach waves, which we did not mind one bit. The owner was very helpful with all the arrangements and very accessible by phone or email. I highly recommend Reina del Mar 18D and look forward to going there again.

A:I will meet you at the condo the day of your arrival! Arrivals between 10pm and 8am has an extra fee of $25.

Q:what makes your vacation special?

A:It has the most incredible beachview! Also I use it a lot, so my towels, sheets ect are good quality.
You don't have to cross any street to be on the water!

Q:What are the coolest nearby activity?

A:Use of the beach on front of my apt! Also go to the nighlife at the hotels and pubs during the night.
