The unit is great for families or two couples traveling together because in addition to the queen bed in the master suite, the twin beds in the second bedroom easily convert to a comfy king bed. And no arguing over who gets the bedroom with the view, because BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE A FULL OCEAN VIEW and access to the oceanfront balcony! Screened sliders and doors throughout.
Everglades National Park is just one hour away. Alligator and native bird viewing is best during winter. Key West is just two hours away and you are just minutes from the wonderful Theater of the Sea, Pennekamp Coral Reef Park, Swimming with the Dolphins, Harry Harris Park with swimming lagoon and playground, Founders Park (olympic pool, skateboard park, paddleboat rental, playground). Also just minutes from additional snorkeling, scuba diving and wonderful waterfront restaurants serving delicious food and sunsets. Two wonderful restaurants (one casual and famous for its fish sandwich) within walking distance. Just a mile away is a cinema, post office, casual restaurants, grocery, and more.

If you are thinking of staying in a condo in the Keys, this is the one to get! It faces the Atlantic Ocean where we saw dolphins on a couple of occasions. The balcony stretches from the living room, past the first bedroom and into the master bedroom so no crowding while enjoying the view! The sunrises are absolutely beautiful from this 5th story 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Everything we needed was right in the condo and if you are wanting to make your own meals, the kitchen is complete. There is a tennis court, swimming pool, elevator and parking on site. A nice beach sits below the balcony however it's not the type of beach where you wade into the ocean. It is a good place to sit and read a book under the trees though! Security is excellent! The condo sits 1 hour from the Everglades and 2 hours from Key West besides having all the good restaurants within easy reach. Donna, thanks for working with us. You have a great Keys' spot!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 7 nights in Oct. 2011 for ouor 23th Anniversary. This condo was very clean and the view of the ocean was just beautiful. Even though we had lots of rain while we were there, we found the condo to be very relaxing. Donna was very helpful with all the information that we needed for our trip and many suggestions that made our trip more enjoyable and not stressful. The condo was very well appointed with a nice view. Pool was great. The shoreline is rocky, so don't plan on swimming in the ocean here. Beach is only a few minutes away. From a location perspective it was ideal, close to state parks, Theater of the Sea, and fishing. Key West is about 2 hours away. There was no King size bed in the condo (description is incorrect), just the queen, 2 twins, and the sofa bed. Lots of pool toys, fishing rods, etc. in the condo. Pretty much everything you'll need. The condo owner was great to work with, too, sending all sorts of tips on restaurants and things to do.

We stayed here the last week in January, and it was wonderful!! The view was incredible, the condo extremely well equipped and it felt like home. The pool was warm and clean. We would definitely consider staying here again.
