With 2 bedrooms (a Queen bedroom and a small bunk room containing just a bunk bed), 1.5 baths, a sleeping loft (with a full size bed and twin bed – great for kids!), a combined living and full kitchen area with a stone fireplace and sofa bed that pulls out into a twin, screened porch with patio furniture and LCD TVs with DVD, you will find your stay both comfortable and pleasantly convenient. Snorkel just steps away from your vacation rental!

This cute rental is comparable to the size of a hotel suite but holds a higher sleeping capacity, is complete with a kitchen (all cookware, dinnerware and utensils are included) and serves as a more “home-like” environment. Nestled inside a combined vacation rental and camping resort, you can enjoy the solitude of having a place of your own, spare an extra expense by dining in, relax with central air and heating and enjoy our delightful interior décor.

You may also benefit from the restaurant and bar on site as well as the general store.

For further convenience, there is also a marina with dock slips available for your boat. Not bringing your boat? Not a problem! We have rentals available!

July 15, 2013

NEED I SAY MORE???? We had no hot water for the first 3 days, the resort is old, outdated, and everthing is a mess. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We did not stay but...

May 2, 2013

We drove to this property and looked it over for a future stay. You need to do that before you rent,as it is suitable for some but not for others. This is called a cottage but actually the structures are tiny trailers on wheels. The area is clean and the cottages are on the water. It is clearly an RV camp ground. I don't think you would want to put more than 2 people in one. They are on the water. Wouldn't want to be in one during a storm.

It's a trailor not a cottage

March 3, 2013

We received the trailor with a dirty floor and very poor kitchen utensils. Asked maid to mop. She said there was a broom in the kitchen. Maid said she would come to clean floor. It never happened. Bed is comfortable, Nice big shower. View is beautiful!

Nice new cottage, aminities need updating

January 26, 2013

The cottage is located on a little island that is also an RV/camp grounds. The cottage itself was nice and seemed to be brand new. I didn't realize from the picture that it is a manufactured home. The space is only big enough for one family. There is an up stairs loft good for small children, an adult can not stand up in the space. Over all we had a great time. The pool could use some updating. We brought our boat and recommend paying for the docking, pulling it in and out of the extremely narrow boat ramp was scary! The price of the cottages is really the base price everything is extra. $125 for sheets and towels seemed a bit high to me but no cleaning fee.

mobile home on a camping site

December 30, 2012

Beautiful Oceanfront Cottage at Private Isalnd ! Some call it cottage, i call it a mobile home on a camping site from the 70ies. To be honest - it was a big surprise when we came to the "so called private island", it was a huge camping site, the "so called cottage" was a mobile home with plastic chairs in and outside. No table inside the house.... I expected something different, the pictures illusory, maybe fraudulent misinterpretation ? If you like camping sites you will be right, but for us it was really a big, big disappointment.

Oceanfront Cottage Vacation

November 11, 2012

We were pleased with the cottage's overlook. Very pretty scenery. We were very disappointed that the cottage did not have hot water. We brought this to the staffs attention and they tried to fix the water heater but had zero luck. They did give us keys to take a hot shower in another unit across the property.

Awesome honeymoon getaway!

April 2, 2012

We chose this cottage rental instead of staying at a resort/hotel, and we are so happy we made that decision! The cottage was well kept, clean, with all the comforts of home. The ocean was literally 10 steps from our front porch - perfect for fishing or swimming. The property had a great pool & restaurant/bar onsite, with lots of other things to do within a short drive up the road. We will definitely be back! The one and only negative was that our hot water took several minutes to heat up each day. We reported it, and they tried working on it, but it stayed that way for the week. Otherwise, a perfect vacation!!

What a farce

November 29, 2011

This property is nothing like it seems. The owner was clearly more excited about making sure this unit slept alot of people than making it livable. The "second"queen bed is in a loft that when you lay down and extend your arm you can touch the ceiling....it feels something like staying on a boat. The best part was how they positioned these 4 cabins a mere 100 feet from the resturant/nightclub that blasts music until 11pm which helped greatly in putting my 4yo to bed. What this ad failed to mention was that this cabin is located in thee back of an extremely run down motel not the lovely hotel I was told about and the pool is another story. I have never written a bad review in my 41 years but for the amount of money I paid for this unit was ridiculous for what I recieved and I don't want anyone else to have to go through the same experience. Needless to say we left after one day. The only positive was its proximity to the water which made for a nice breakfast before we packed the car to get outta there. What a dissapointment!

Great staff, bad amenities

June 11, 2011

The cottage was wonderful. Brand new, clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff at Fiesta Key were super friendly especially Radar and Curtis. Only real complaint is the price of the cottage for the amenities on property. The pool was unswimmable, you couldn't see your hand under water when it was right in front of you and dirty cups on the bottom. We were told the pool was going to be fixed though. If the pool was redone it would have made it much more enjoyable. Doesn't seem like that big a deal, but for the money we paid we should have at least been able to enjoy the pool, that was what I was looking forward to most on my vacation, it was a major let down.
