Description of the Islamorada vacation home rental

Located on the peaceful, northern end of Islamorada, in the quite residential neighborhood of Venetian Shores. Just 75 miles from Miami Airport and 86 miles from Key West.
Venetian Tropics boasts large rooms furnished in rattan and decorated with a tropical flair. Coconut palms, hibiscus and other tropical blooms enhance your views from the balcony.
The average temperature is 80 degrees and 78 degrees for the water. Islamorada sits between the sparkling clear waters of Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it is bestowed by a Coral Reef three to five miles offshore that is filled with spectacular life! It is the very reef that has said to be one of the most romantic stories from Pirates to shipwrecks to sunken Spanish Galleons.
Islamorada is the perfect spot for your vacation.
We are a licensed private pool vacation home allowed to rent by the week.

Area Information

Please note that the rates given are for the 2 bedroom house @ $2300.00 a week if you wish to rent the 3rd bedroom at the pool level the rate is an extra $1000.00 a week.This rate is from January 2 to mid August 2012
The 3 rd bedroom has a large sitting room and bathroom and bedroom with king size bed at the pool level is not rented to anyone else should you not take it ... it is simply locked up.
Fall rates for 2012 for the 2 bedroom is $2100 a week and the extra 3rd bedroom $900 additional. Starting from Mid January to Dec 21, 2012.
Xmas & New Years 2012 is $2500. per week for the 2 bedroom and additional $1000. for the 3rd bedroom.

Paradise in Islmorada

Excellent location with a great view of the Canal. The Pool was the right size for our family and the Outside bar was Outstanding. The deck and dock were perfect for my 25' boat with ample room for my Grandson to fish for snapper. The Upstairs kitchen and living area with the high ceilings was fantastic. The downstairs bedroom was also great. The whole experience was truly enjoyable for my family.
