Over 3,000 square feet of living space. 100' of dock, less than two minutes to the ocean or the bay. Three stories with tremendous water views. Canal is 25 feet deep and can accommodate any size boat or yacht up to 90 feet. Owner in the Keys over 20 years and is a south Florida businessman. We are the owners, not a broker.

Clean and Relaxing

My family recently rented this home. Very convinient and easy to find. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had more than enough pots and pans and utensils to accomodate us. They even had the "oops I forgot" items like dishwasher soap salt and pepper and some spices. Plenty of kitchen towels as well as amazing plushy bathroom towels. The bath towels were just like Bellagio in vegas!! Pillows and beds again of great quality. Although the downfall to that is you don't want to get up and get on with the day!!! The sofas and chairs again so comfy!! Having access to the computer for finding destinations was also very helpful. The outside is very neat and tidy. Met the groundskeeper, he was really nice. Pool is key. I loved having it to cool you off after doing some fishing off the canal. The kids loved going out in the morning to fish before we went touring about. Our favorite restaurant was just about a mile and half over the first bridge south called Island Grill. Nice people, good food and some great music. Laundry is in the lower level of the house. Clean and new machines---made that yucky chore less of a task!! If I had any questions about the house, the owner Tony, was quick to get back to me. I would stay here again !!
