• Deposits: 33% (1/3) of the rental rate is due upon booking and signing the rental agreement. The balance of the rental rate plus the cleaning fee, utilities (if applicable) and the security deposit is due at least two weeks prior to check in.
   
• Other Fees: Additional Charges - Cleaning fee of $250. plus any applicable taxes would be added to any rental. Security Deposit - $500. for a weekly rental and $1,000. for a monthly rental. In addition to the base rental rate, a charge for utilities is added to any rentals of two weeks or more. This charge varies depending on the time of year. Typically this charge averages $100. to $150. per week with the summer months being higher.
