The upstairs (The Lighhouse Suite) is on the second floor and will accommodate six people. There are two bedrooms and one bath, an eat-in kitchen with beautiful wood flooring and a living room directly overlooking the water. The living room has a queen size castro convertible sofa bed and a 37"color TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The floors are carpeted and the high ceilings have five paddle fans. Two 8'sliding glass doors open to a large screened porch overlooking the water.

The downstairs (The Dolphin Deck)is a ground level one bedroom suite with a queen size bed. The great room features living area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The 8'sliding glass doors open to a large screened patio overlooking the water. The bathroom is accessible from the great room and from the bedroom thus offering privacy to the two separate areas.
