122 Nautilus Drive, Islamorada, Florida Keys mile marker 74.5 bay side, White Marlin Beach located 75 miles south of Miami and 75 miles North of Key West. It has three bedrooms, two bath, private home totally renovated and remodeled, new furniture throughout, a new 70 foot dock, minutes from bay and easy access to ocean from Channel two bridge.

Private sandy beach access, also features a ground floor with storage, washer, dryer, bicycles, gas BBQ, outside shower, hammocks, fish, bait, ice freezer, ice maker, chikee huts, fish cleaning table, numerous coconut trees and tropical island foliage, cable,plasma TV in living room, TV's in all rooms, DVD, bamboo wood and tile floors, french windows, paddle fans throughout, central air conditioning, kayak, ghenoe, fax, wireless high speed internet, rafts, all the amenities and conveniences of home in this one of a kind rental in the fabulous Florida Keys.

No pets alllowed, no smoking inside the house please.

We purchased this house in the summer of 2001 after renting in the Keys for many years, we got tired of looking so hard for good quality, clean homes to rent which were and are still very difficult to find. If you are looking for something 'nice' that the actual house looks 'better' than the pictures, that will provide for your family and friends a vacation where memories will be made, that will last a lifetime and that is impeccably clean inside-out, then this is your rental.

Private community beach 6 blocks away on the bay side. You will get a key to it. Very unusual in the Keys to have white pristine beaches. Kayak and ghanoe for the use of tenants in the house.

Just perfect!

This could not have been a more perfect week at Villa Marlin! We were a group of four (2 couples), and what fun we had! This beautiful home is well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The pride of ownership is obvious with all the personal amenities, photos, wall art, etc. Villa Marlin is located in a beautiful waterfront neighborhood. The gated private beach is stunningl and the water is crystal blue. Orlando and his family supplied us with bicycles (each with their own name & story behind the name), a kayak and a gheenoe. We were grateful for the use of all these recreational toys! This upscale neighborhood was ideal for my morning runs...We met many interesting and friendly neighbors eager to give restaurant/fishing/shopping advice. This home has a great aura to it... from the moment you enter you know that you made the right choice! I had only 1 issue (if you could call it that), which was my high allergy to scents. The linen/towel closest and drawers were lined with scented sachet packets and were overwhelming. I simply relocated them into a plastic bag, and re-washed a few towels in unscented detergent and used those. We are so happy to have stayed in the Abella home! Thank you Orlando and family! We hope to return in the future and build on more great memories! The Dayton & Salerno family
