Nice time in the keys

Enjoyed the great location and sunsets from the condo. The owner was great to work with. Very convenient to get to the ocean via Snake creek and the dock/marina was well maintained. The on site office staff was not in the office much however.

Lovely townhouse right on the water

This South Florida style walk up was incredibly decorated in beach motif. From the shinny white tile floors to the hand decorated light switches, it was very much a condo by the shore. It has everything 4 adults would want especially if they brought a boat and wanted easy, quick access to the bay side. We did not have a boat this time but will bring one next time. The beds were luxurious, the linens ample and the kitchen was perfect for a Keys property. It rained a couple of times while were there but we didn't even mind, the place was so comfortable, we just settled in and the kids played board games and cards (provided in the condo) and I got in some much wanted reading time. If we had questions, problems or just needed some info, the owner was a text away and answered very promptly. All in all a very wonderful experience. I down graded one star because we had 2 small children with us and there was no place for them to sleep as the townhouse is rated for 4 adults; we knew this going in but did not understand that meant no other places (pull out couches, roll-a-ways, etc) were available for the kids. And the DVD was not working so we borrowed one from friends for the rainy days. But we would rent this place again for us and another couple without kids.
