Bayside access Townhouse is a newly redone 2 bedroom, loft, 1 1/2 bath, comfortably sleeps 6 adults, patio with BBQ. Fully furnished and kitchen totally equipped. Washer/Dryer, Flat screen TV, Cable, and Internet Access. Gated Community, Executive Bay Club, private beach, pool, tennis courts and fishing dock. Large living room and dining room. Full kitchen and breakfast area. Central air/heat.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cups, and small kitchen appliances.

Located in Executive Bay Club featuring a large heated pool, private beach, fishing dock, clubhouse, BBQ area and a tennis court. Twenty-four hour on duty security and entrance gate. Ample parking available.

Great location for nearby fishing charters, restaurants, movies and tourist attractions. Located next to Founders Park where boating slips can be rented at $2.50 per foot per day.

Great time!

A lovely and well appointed vacation home w everything you need for a comfortable stay. The EBC property is also well maintained and offers many amenities, the pool in particular is big and inviting. We spent many hours there. Owners were helpful and accomodating and very conscientious about making sure we had everything we needed. Great vacation all around.

We stayed in this unit for a month and wished it was available for two months. It was clean, well maintained, and the landlord was excellent to deal with.The sunsets were awesome! The fishing was Awesome! We would stay there again in a heart beat. The property manager and his wife were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It also has 24hr. security. I can't say enough great things about Executive Bay Club.

Nice stay for a great Vacation on the Florida Keys

We stayed for 13 days in the Townhouse and it was great. Very very beautiful! When we first enter in the house we thougt “WOW” what a nice place! Everything was decoratet very nice and harmoniously. You realy feel like you were at home. We didn't miss anything in the house. Enough space for our litte family (2 Adults / 1 Child – 7 Years old / 1 Infant 11 Month). We would book it again ;-) You can't make anything wrong if you book it. If the beach in the Bay Club is too small for you, just walk around the left oceanside side and you are in Founders Park were you have a great beach ,-) Very good for familys!

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Family of four spent Christmas vacation at this great location. Condo was very comfortable and owner was very accommodating with rental. The place had all the conveniences of home. We were able to travel and stay with minimal luggage and wash close as needed using condo washer/dryer. Teenagers enjoyed the pool area. Tennis courts were in good shape. Location is within few minutes to great local restaurants and groceries. Founders park is within easy walking distance and nice area to jog, walk, swim, boat, etc.
